I made reservations to pick it up by my house they called the day before told me it wasn't happening I had to go to another loc farther from my house it was a pain no parking truck had cock roaches in the box area you quoted me $148 for the truck it ended up being $170 for no reason explained to me I even put extra gas in it more than what I was left with a 1/4 tank when I picked it up the drop off place was hard to find due to the name of the business

Nothing at all - the gentleman was readily available and quick to assist me, was extremely amicable and let me pet his dog. Will be my go-to location for future U-Haul acquisitions - thanks for making it such a seamless experience!

The daily rate was advertised as $19.95 a day and , by the time I returned the truck one hour later fueled and in perfect condition I paid over$150.00 . No I’m not happy!

The 10’ truck that I rented was not in good repair so he gave us a 15’ truck which had less than 1/4 tank of gas and had not been cleaned after the previous use. Morgan was very nice and accommodating, but it would have been nice to know what we were actually getting before we arrived. I didn’t feel comfortable driving a 15 ft truck.

This was the best U-Haul rental experience, the staff was efficient with getting me a truck the size I needed. I highly recommend this local. The cargo rental truck was clean and New with a backup camera which was very helpful backing up when I parked. When I returned the rental they got me in and out quickly. The price was inexpensive and fair compared to other rental trucks in the areas. They also sell mattresses at this location which was kinda funny since that's what I needed the rental truck for.
