Verify that the zip tie is connected to the 2 wheel cart. I had my own but the zip tie was broken when I opened the rolling door. Also the upper area above the cab had a water leak and there was a lot of water up there because it was raining out. Some of my boxes got wet. There was also a check engine light on but I'm not sure if it was there when I first got into the truck. Also please advise customers to take a picture of the back of the truck before they leave the office, not message in a text. I didn't see the text until I was already loading. I did appreciate the truck being available because the movers I hired let me down big time.
Margaret DDerek came to my home and returned some cards to me that I had lost somehow. T is also very knowledgeable about vehicles. Both are very good to do business with and very honest. I highly recommend!
