The key box was on the whole other side of the building, not where the app indicated that it was so it took entirely too long to find it. I had to contact U-Haul and then was told it wasn’t in the front, it was on the side hidden behind parked vans. The truck was given to me on empty gas. I needed to go to the nearest gas station to avoid being stranded. The truck was very loud and would not stop beeping that it needed an oil change and the engine light was on. The man on the phone told me “the oil light may be on just ignore it.” When the engine sounded like it was about to give out. Overall not happy and it was not in good condition.

KAYLA RThe pick up process was done by the owner of the location. He added the Safe trip and SafeMove without asking me about them. Also, my reservation was without them because I didn't need them. I am still waiting for someone call me about this issue.
Yvonne ATold my wife I had been to Scary Town. 7 or 8 U-Haul trailers in a parking lot surrounded by bits and pieces of other trucks. No one there for drop off. Middle of a commerce park with 100s of tractor trailers waiting to be loaded. Be forewarned this place is dangerous

RANDLEJAMES MThe location was confusing and hard to locate the office. No body was in the office when I arrived at 2:30 on a Saturday. I had to call and the owner was not on site but out retrieving keys .
