After I drove away I discovered that the front right tire was very low. When I went to have it pumped up I found it had only 18 pounds of pressure. The tire seemed to hold its pressure throughout the day. It should have been checked before I got the truck.Michael E.

The truck was quite dirty. There was ash and dog hair in the cab and an old face mask fell out from behind the visor. It drove well until we got to the mountains- then whenever going downhill it shook like crazy and we had to go under 40 to maintain control.Elizabeth S.
Dropped the car hauler off 1 day early. Good experience. Dropped the truck off on time. Store was closed. Parked where I was told and left keys in lockbox as instructed. Was charged an additional 16.00 for fuel although it was exactly where it should have been. No phone call, no email. Just 16.00 taken from my account!David G.

The people who usually take care of returns were not in. The guy who helped us did his best but finally told us, very nicely, that he wasn't sure how to check the truck back in so we could leave and he would take care of it later. We left without a receipt. He tried but it was not his job.Thomas D.

One of your dealers in Birmingham, AL phoned me after seeing my rv broken down beside the interstate. He offered to help me find a wrecker and offered to tow the rental trailer to his place of business. I did not need the help but was very appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help us .Kudos to Uhaul.andy S.
this was a wrecker service and they were clearly more i terestes in that. the Owner did not know how to so my contract and seemed interested in just running my car. I was charged for aomething I didnt want and he did try fix it because it was his fault and told me it wiukf have to be fixed when I tuened it in. truck was finr experience there... neber again.judith M.

I called corporate and emailed Chris Clark with zero response . Truck was trashed , not at correct gas , wipers did not work and it broke down on Saturday because the ground wires was not connected to battery .terrible service and no callback . That is poor leadership and I intend to work my way up the ladder to address this issue . No credit back ! Nothing !paula B.

Equipment was clean but light pig tail was damaged & had to be exchanged. That was minor compared to the fiasco I went thru trying to p/u trailer. They assigned me a trailer that was blocked by 2 other, same size units. I asked them to swap my rental to one in front but they declined & proceeded to have me hook up to somewhat buried trailer. In pulling out your trailer was damaged by one of your trucks it hit. Man trying to help me was nice but not on top of job at hand. This could have been avoided had they switched me to an other trailer. I have used U Haul many times, always with good experience. This location needs some training.Tom G.

I arranged for the rental on line. I wanted to rent from the Uhaul Rental center in Hixson. The Uhaul app forced me to rent from this location - 25 miles out of my way versus desired location. I specified with the on-line app that I wanted to return if to the Hixson TN location. When I picked up the trailer, I specifically asked if I could return it to the desired location. I was misinformed that I could. Although I had filled out the rental data on line, the person had to re-enter every piece of data I submitted on line. As I was returning the trailer late in the day, I would have had to pay additional day as I could not have returned it prior to closing. As the Uhaul app selects the location for pickup even if specified another is specified, this software does a dis-service to customers. I would strongly recommend against anyone using the app other than for informational basis only - never contract for a rental. Because of the miss information, I was charge 2X the drop off charge and was informed I voilated the contract.Charles K.
