It takes a while to complete your u.Haul reservation, because there is only one person working at a time, and they have to help the people even if they come in.After you at the cash, register and you have to step aside. They need to have two people working.When they know they have a u.Haul reservation to perform.Otherwise you're waiting and sometimes they don't even look like they know what they're doing on their app on their phone. But overall, as far as the truck and the rental and gas and mileage, it was very inexpensive for us. We'll use u-haul again next time.
Christine CFor one the safe trip that I bought online was $30 and I was charged 45 for two. The truck was filthy. Dirty windows was not absolutely full on gas. It was on the hash but when I filled it, it was way over the hash and you know the people were super nice inside and professional, but there was no equipment in the truck. You know how usually there’s a moving thing handtruck and a blanket none of that so you know all in all my experience was OK but you know.
