I was charged for two moving blankets. I asked for 6 and paid for 6 with my reservation. I didn’t even use the blankets. The plastic was unopened that the blankets were wrapped in. The person at this location accused me of stealing the blankets.

For returning customers we should receive an incentive for multiple uses. We are planning on using your service again in a month so it would be nice to receive an incentive or promo for multiple times of returning and referrals of friends to this location.

We didn't drop the truck off until they were closed on Saturday night, so we didn't speak with anyone at the drop-off location. Also, I didn't see the email until Wednesday, May 3, because I just got my internet connected back up that day after the move. I will be in to pay the balance on Monday, May 8, when I get paid.

Tell u Haul they need to make sure ALL openings on the truck (the back door when pulled down to shut) are NOT going to leak. Several of our items, including my Bible from one of my best friends was ruined because of a leak. One of our recliners, was stained because the fabric was drenched when we drove through rain. After paying nearly $600 for a one way trip from Alabama to Ohio to help take care of my mama who has Alzheimer's and be with other family.

I rented this truck and made it 2.3 miles from the store where I blew out a tire. You know, accidents happen and I understand that. However, to wait over four hours for roadside assistance to come is a complete joke. Then wait a hour for him to fix the issue (which I understand it takes time to fix tires, but it is frustrating we sat on interstate for five hours). Could this have been prevented? Yes. Regular checks on your vehicles would have caught that the inside tire was quite literally bald. So bald and such bad shape the gentleman had to change two of the tires because they were in terrible shape. I returned the truck immediately and I can assure you I will never be a customer to U-Haul ever again. I actually rented a Penske shortly after this and was amazed the difference in customer service I received and the quality of the truck.

I’ve used uhaul several times and this was my first disappointing experience. I reserved a 15’ at one location and was told it was not available I’d have to pick up at another location; and I don’t feel the truck I got was 15’. The truck had cigarette ashes, spilled drink, and trash in it. I’d say there definitely has to be a better check process when vehicles are brought back.

Make sure the driver of a truck feels confident before rushing away. I had to ask several questions instead of being told how to operate the truck.

Pricing was ridiculous and all the extra charges as well. I kept getting emails on new charges. Moving companies are expensive as it is so using uhaul I figured it’d be cheaper. I would not recommend this location at all. The representative was rude as well.

Since I did my information online it shouldn’t have taken over 30 minutes to get my uhaul but it did. Also the size truck I reserved wasn’t even available, luckily someone brought a bigger truck back so we got that.

Arrived late for pickup but it was not clear how to or the need to alter the pickup time in order to move forward with the online self pickup. Was unable to figure out how to move forward then just tried changing the pick up time and it worked.

The location is on the corner, the mail box labeled 909 is in front of a mortgage business in a house, and the next location down is an antique store or something. The location on the corner has at least 4 signs on it. I had a hard time finding where I was supposed to be after hours. Once I found it, the location was fine and I’m sure the people were nice. The app to check in and out a truck needs serious work! My delivery location showed the pick-up location I had booked to start with (but was changed because they didn’t have the truck I booked) even though I one-wayed the rental. I couldn’t check in because I was “at the wrong location” even though my contract showed the right location. I called and they couldn’t fix it. The next morning my mother rented a truck from another location. We had to call corporate, a regional manager named Melissa (who was a rock star and helped us immensely), and the location owner who was too busy to help us. Then we couldn’t do the app check out & thus the app check in when we returned it. Nobody could sync the app to the rentals. I’m not sure if it was the daylight savings time switch or if your app is just difficult and disconnected from your computers but this whole weekend of truck rentals was a debacle of epic proportions. I will mot be referring anyone to Uhaul.

It was my first time renting all automated so it took me a little longer to check in than I expected.

I was absolutely shocked at this location. The truck was literally dropped off and not even checked prior to me renting. The check engine light was on, and they didn’t even know.after I started it before leaving the parking lot, they made ME take it to another uhaul location, (which I didn’t have the time for, because… I’m moving; hence the utilization of uhaul) to be “checked” the other truck they had they couldn’t swap out- but I asked what do I do if there is something wrong, they said, “you’re on your own” but it gets better… the other uhaul location they called, they stated they called and they know you’re coming… I get there and they have NO Clue. Luckily the guy, “jeff” was able to help us but he had no idea I was coming. I will Never recommend this location again or use again, and wish I could take this all the way up the corporate ladder. Major major major mess, unprepared and not what a customer needs to deal with. I’ve been vaccinated for covid but the ladies didn’t even clean the steering wheel off — I literally saw the people drop the truck off and then 20 minutes later (because I had to stand outside) when I had an appointment and was patiently waiting… shocked. Shocked. Shocked. I wish I could get my money back because of the worry of a 2 hour trip with a load full on a major Interstate.

There was no covid 19 precautions taken. The lady at the desk had no mask on . when asked if the trucks were sanitized between rentals , I was told the were not and at the very least steering wheel and door handles should be wiped down
