The location is on the corner, the mail box labeled 909 is in front of a mortgage business in a house, and the next location down is an antique store or something. The location on the corner has at least 4 signs on it. I had a hard time finding where I was supposed to be after hours. Once I found it, the location was fine and I'm sure the people were nice. The app to check in and out a truck needs serious work! My delivery location showed the pick-up location I had booked to start with (but was changed because they didn't have the truck I booked) even though I one-wayed the rental. I couldn't check in because I was â€œat the wrong locationâ€ even though my contract showed the right location. I called and they couldn't fix it. The next morning my mother rented a truck from another location. We had to call corporate, a regional manager named Melissa (who was a rock star and helped us immensely), and the location owner who was too busy to help us. Then we couldn't do the app check out & thus the app check in when we returned it. Nobody could sync the app to the rentals. I'm not sure if it was the daylight savings time switch or if your app is just difficult and disconnected from your computers but this whole weekend of truck rentals was a debacle of epic proportions. I will mot be referring anyone to Uhaul.Charles A.

I was absolutely shocked at this location. The truck was literally dropped off and not even checked prior to me renting. The check engine light was on, and they didn't even know.after I started it before leaving the parking lot, they made ME take it to another uhaul location, (which I didn't have the time for, becauseâ€¦ I'm moving; hence the utilization of uhaul) to be â€œcheckedâ€ the other truck they had they couldn't swap out- but I asked what do I do if there is something wrong, they said, â€œyou're on your ownâ€ but it gets betterâ€¦ the other uhaul location they called, they stated they called and they know you're comingâ€¦ I get there and they have NO Clue. Luckily the guy, â€œjeffâ€ was able to help us but he had no idea I was coming. I will Never recommend this location again or use again, and wish I could take this all the way up the corporate ladder. Major major major mess, unprepared and not what a customer needs to deal with. I've been vaccinated for covid but the ladies didn't even clean the steering wheel off â€” I literally saw the people drop the truck off and then 20 minutes later (because I had to stand outside) when I had an appointment and was patiently waitingâ€¦ shocked. Shocked. Shocked. I wish I could get my money back because of the worry of a 2 hour trip with a load full on a major Interstate.Logan M.

There was no covid 19 precautions taken. The lady at the desk had no mask on . when asked if the trucks were sanitized between rentals , I was told the were not and at the very least steering wheel and door handles should be wiped downGary S.

I thought it took way longer than it should have to get me on my way and these folks had a 5 year U-Haul sign hanging in the office.I don't rent U-Hauls often so I can't say it is normal or not but it sure seemed to be much less organized than I expected on both ends.I do understand that this is a part time job, they don't do these every day so I wouldn't expect them to be exactly proficient but it seems they spend an awful lone time staring at the computer not seeming to know what to do next.Phil G.
The staff member that was on location was very kind. I showed up very early to pick up my rental and she was able to get it to me an hour before my scheduled pickup time. However, I was overcharged for my moving insurance and she was not sure how to change it. Overall, a very positive experience.Kevin B.
