We didn't drop the truck off until they were closed on Saturday night, so we didn't speak with anyone at the drop-off location. Also, I didn't see the email until Wednesday, May 3, because I just got my internet connected back up that day after the move. I will be in to pay the balance on Monday, May 8, when I get paid.

Derek R.Tell u Haul they need to make sure ALL openings on the truck (the back door when pulled down to shut) are NOT going to leak. Several of our items, including my Bible from one of my best friends was ruined because of a leak. One of our recliners, was stained because the fabric was drenched when we drove through rain. After paying nearly $600 for a one way trip from Alabama to Ohio to help take care of my mama who has Alzheimer's and be with other family.
