I think that U-Haul's customer service overall is possibly some of the worst I've ever encountered. From unexplained switching of pickup and dropoff locations to ones which are substantially inconvenient, to a failure to include requested accessories resulting in necessitating a drive to another location in order to do an additional pickup, to the stunningly inefficient phone pickup system whereby no-one actually answers the phone. This last rental experience was appalling with regard to customer service. Remind me to go elsewhere for my rental needs in the future.

The location isn't ideal but I'm just renting a truck so I don't care. But as far as the truck it was clean and almost full of gas, the staff was what made the experience great.

I dropped the trailer off the night before so we could get the U-Haul itself unloaded. Location is super convenient. I am one turn before to it on University Center Drive. Dropped the U-Haul off and he was lighthearted, good humored, and pleasantly transparent business man.

The site was dirty and disgusting. Water everywhere. Little tiny trailer to conduct business in and U-Haul automatically assumed your going to use more miles than you are so in the end you have to wait to get your money back

The vehicle was alright in cleanliness . The seat belt clip didn't work and it wouldn't stop alarming. The gas and brake felt off, maybe cause it's an older car. Shifting also felt weird.

bad Location, but equipment was travel worthy. Friendly Staff. Very nice. Not much can improve. Service was great, just location could be complicated for people returning trailers or trucks.

Lo 1ero que deben hacer y unico a mi saber, es mejorar la app de la compañía y la atención al cliente en el num de tlf brindado. Estuvimos mi sobrino y yo más de 20 minutos tratando de devolver el carro por la app y nada. Tres veces llamé al número brindado y no me atendieron. Al final tuvimos que hacer las cosas cómo está registrado en la cámara frente a la caja del candado con las llaves u otra cámara. Fue menos el tiempo que demoramos alquilando el camión que devolviéndelo. Por lo demás, mis felicitaciones a la señora que nos atendió y el camión en excelente estado.

The staff, and management were very friendly. With the pandemic happening, I was late on a few payments. They were very understanding of my situation, and were completely helpful in easing my stress during the difficult time I was having. There were a few times even before the pandemic, that I had to wait for someone for about 20 minutes to open the gate so I could get to my unit. Other than that, I don’t have one complaint. It was very secure, and always very clean.
