Alan LWhen I made the reservation for a Uhaul trying to check in on the app or there website when I picked up the truck was difficult. Was told when I made the reservation that I would have to pay a $100 deposit and would only cost around $50-$60 total for 20 miles. When I pick up the truck all of a sudden the deposit is now $160. Was difficult to return the truck to Twain and University Center location and nobody was even there. Dropped the truck off and the next day when my deposit is returned to me they charged me $100 and I returned the truck with under 20 miles even used. WTF. Nothing but bad experience and lies the entire process. Will never use Uhaul again
