I was told at pickup I would receive a $40. Gas credit because the tank was empty. I returned the truck with a 1/4 tank as discussed, I have never received my credit. I cannot get a call back from the location and when I called U-Haul corporate, they said they would respond in 48 hours and it’s been weeks. I have heard nothing. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul as a whole.
