My card was charged 2x then they charged me for a fill up fee when I put the gas on the same mark. I haven't received my money from the first time they charged my card.

Showed up to two other people waiting, one woman wanting a truck and was calling the number on the building to no response, the other also trying to drop off a truck that he had to park on the side of the road in traffic (and I did as well) because there were cars in the lot and the gate was locked. Eventually someone came and talked to us, he told the woman that we had no trucks and the other guy with the truck had already left his key in the box and left his truck on the road. I talked to the U-Haul employee who somewhat rudely told me to park my truck and trailer in the plaza next door, so I did that, dropped off the key, and when I asked him if I needed to drop off the contract (since the box has a contract drop slot) he rudely told me they have signs on the building saying what to do, and that the contract was my "souvenir".
