The vehicle was alright in cleanliness . The seat belt clip didn't work and it wouldn't stop alarming. The gas and brake felt off, maybe cause it's an older car. Shifting also felt weird.

bad Location, but equipment was travel worthy. Friendly Staff. Very nice. Not much can improve. Service was great, just location could be complicated for people returning trailers or trucks.

Lo 1ero que deben hacer y unico a mi saber, es mejorar la app de la compañía y la atención al cliente en el num de tlf brindado. Estuvimos mi sobrino y yo más de 20 minutos tratando de devolver el carro por la app y nada. Tres veces llamé al número brindado y no me atendieron. Al final tuvimos que hacer las cosas cómo está registrado en la cámara frente a la caja del candado con las llaves u otra cámara. Fue menos el tiempo que demoramos alquilando el camión que devolviéndelo. Por lo demás, mis felicitaciones a la señora que nos atendió y el camión en excelente estado.

They charged me 14 gallons of gas although I refueled the truck to the level it has been when picked up. This is scam.

This is in a bad part of town and there is no office to go into. We had to pull up to a locked gate, call the # I found online and then someone came out after a couple minutes to help. The whole transaction was done through the locked chain link fence and the only time it was unlocked was when he pulled the truck out for us. It felt very uncomfortable passing my DL and Credit Card through the fence for this guy to disappear into a trailer that I had no access to. Dropping the truck off was just as scary as there were many people wandering through the parking lot which was dark. We felt like we could have been robbed and there would have been no one to help us.

I appreciated that I was not charged extra for using the 15’ truck when I had reserved the 10’ truck. I had another location charge me for this, but not here. Thank you for being kind and accommodating!

The drop off location was convenient for me. I was confused why I was constantly asked when I was returning the equipment because I was told I had 3 days. I ended up returning early because I thought I had misunderstood the agreement.

The staff, and management were very friendly. With the pandemic happening, I was late on a few payments. They were very understanding of my situation, and were completely helpful in easing my stress during the difficult time I was having. There were a few times even before the pandemic, that I had to wait for someone for about 20 minutes to open the gate so I could get to my unit. Other than that, I don’t have one complaint. It was very secure, and always very clean.
