Rough part of town, but Kelly (agent) was friendly, and helpful. North Vegas location for the trailer pickup, was cleanest I’ve ever seen!

Brenda CThe overall appearance of the front area. It’s extremely dirty/filthy with wet trash. The employee was extremely amazing and helpful and basically got all of my paperwork done for me. However doing this, made me forget to take pictures before leaving so I had to pull over to complete that part. If the appearance of this location improved, then I’d refer others. But it does feel sketchy/unsafe for women.

Teri PI was told in contract to return to this location. I spoke with a uhaul rep an hour before I returned the truck. They confirmed the location was open until 7. I got there at 5:30 nobody was there. I called uhaul and they said they changed the return location I refused and left it at the site. In addition there was a uhaul truck site about 10 miles closer to my house that I had returned trucks to before not sure why I could not return there.

Alma RI think that U-Haul's customer service overall is possibly some of the worst I've ever encountered. From unexplained switching of pickup and dropoff locations to ones which are substantially inconvenient, to a failure to include requested accessories resulting in necessitating a drive to another location in order to do an additional pickup, to the stunningly inefficient phone pickup system whereby no-one actually answers the phone. This last rental experience was appalling with regard to customer service. Remind me to go elsewhere for my rental needs in the future.

Lee JI was charged for two days when I returned the truck the following day because the facility was closed when it should have been open. After attempting to call the location I received no answer. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
CLARK BDROP OFF LOCATION WAS GHETTO, AND THE LADY THERE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GIVE DIRECTION TO WHERE TO PLACE THE TRAILER. AND MADE ME LIFT IT AND MOVE IT INTO PLACE ABOUT 20 FEET AWAY FROM WHERE SHE TOLD ME TO UNHOOK IT. I FORGOT MY LOCK ON THE DOOR AND WENT BACK AND THE TRAILER HAD ALREADY BEEN RENTED OUT AGAIN, WITHIN THE HOUR. AND THE LADY DIDN'T KNOW HOW THE NEW CUSTOMER WOULD BE ABLE TO GET THE LOCK OFF IF I HAD THE KEY ON ME. I ASKED HOW WOULD I GET MY LOCK BACK, SHE SAID, "MAYBE THE CUSTOMER WILL RETURN IT WHEN THEY ARE DONE." I SAID HOW ARE THEY GOING TO USE THE TRAILER IF IT IS LOCKED, SINCE NEITHER YOU, NOR THEY EVEN INSPECTED THE TRAILER TO SEE THAT THERE WAS STILL A LOCK ON IT. SHE SAID, MAYBE THEY WILL USE A CROWBAR TO TAKE IT OFF. I SAID IT IS TOO SMALL TO PRY IT OFF, AND THE TRAILER MAY GET DAMAGED IF THEY TRY. I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO TELL HER TO CALL THE CUSTOMER AND TELL THEM I COULD GO UNLOCK IT. SHE RELUCTANTLY CALLED, AND LEFT A MESSAGE. NEVER HAD SUCH INCOMPETENT AND INEPT SERVICE.

Lee JI dropped the trailer off the night before so we could get the U-Haul itself unloaded. Location is super convenient. I am one turn before to it on University Center Drive. Dropped the U-Haul off and he was lighthearted, good humored, and pleasantly transparent business man.

ROBERT BThe staff, and management were very friendly. With the pandemic happening, I was late on a few payments. They were very understanding of my situation, and were completely helpful in easing my stress during the difficult time I was having. There were a few times even before the pandemic, that I had to wait for someone for about 20 minutes to open the gate so I could get to my unit. Other than that, I don’t have one complaint. It was very secure, and always very clean.
