Drop off location changed twice. From the start it was close, then it changed to a further location. I went to that location and then verified again on the app and it had changed it again.

I arrived at 0800 to pick up my uhaul, where I reserved it a month out. Once someone came into the office, they told me they didn't have my reservation but would look up my account. Apparently uhaul moved my reservation to another location. He told me that location does not open until 0900. I had to call those set to help me and tell them I have been delayed an hour. Great thing to do to people helping you. Might want to send an email or a text when you decide to change pick up locations and time of pickup.... I went to the new location 0850. Couple other people there already. We all wait until 0910, and still nobody is opening up. Starting going to the online app and apparently this is the only way to get your truck. Started using the app. After struggling to get my keys, got to the step of ensuring license plate is the correct. The app will not let me continue forward if I said yes. So I said no and was directed to a chat. Chat person asked if it was correct, I said yes. They said they would text me the link to the step. Waited three minutes, never received a text. Went back to the chat and said I didn't receive a text. Waited another three minutes and never received a chat back. Decided that I was already an hour and a half behind on my schedule and just left with the truck. Worse experience with Uhaul ever. Upon returning the truck, I had to do the online return. THIS IS WHY I SELECTED THE SITE TO PICK IT UP. I DON"T WANT TO DO THE ONLINE APP AS IT NEVER WORKS. Spent an extra 15 minutes taking pictures before I could finally get out of there.

Tiffany KBecause UHaul did not call the day prior to confirm drop off time and the online portal did not allow me to pick a drop off time, I received a call saying I was late returning the UHaul. No one was there when we dropped it off. So my rental wasn't checked in until 1 1/2 hours after I returned the truck.
Rachel LThe place was closed wasn't given any instructions prior to pick up. Wasn't told they would be closed. Noithing on how to get the keys to the truck. This is a very poor way to run a business.I will never use U-Haul again.

Marizza PThe location was fine, but what wasn’t was the fact I had to drive from Loveland to Longmont. Also the fact that when I reserved a 20’ truck from Loveland I was told there was a 15’ further away in Longmont. The first manager I spoke to was belligerent and kept repeating “there are no 20’ trucks in Colorado.” I called back and a wonderful woman named Christine searched and found the 26’ truck at this location and said she’d keep the 20’ truck price. I had confirmed with Christine that we ordered a dolly but there wasn’t one when I arrived. Extremely dissatisfied with UHaul other than with Christine and the last woman I spoke with
James LThe van just stank so bad I could barely stand it. Cut my hauls short, I did two hauls but planned to do three but it smelled so bad and was giving me a headache. Now I have to rent another one next weekend. I know there's not much the location that rented the van could have done, they couldn't have known as it was a Saturday. But the people before me must have been total pigs hauling trash or something. It was BAD. Honestly might rent a home Depot truck next time since they are always open and will most likely be reachable in case I needed to swap the rental in a case like this. It was that bad.

Amber LOverall…good The van we received had last been used by a heavy smoker. It stunk The seats should have been vacuumed, as they had noticeable food crumbs and passenger seat had dog hair.
