Additionally, when we went to drop the truck off there was one parking space available that required parallel parking between someone's personal vehicle (why was that there?) and two large cement posts. There was no way to maneuver the larger moving truck into that spot so we had to park in an undesignated location on site. I hope that wasn't illegal!

Craig MWhy only allow me to rate this location, when it was U-Haul in general that needs feedback? Or is that the plan, only allow reviews for the stuff that wasn't horrifically bad. Rerouted my reservation without letting me know. App wouldn't accept my picture due to my glasses and beard. chat was slow and unresponsive due to being understaffed. Long hold times when calling in. But this location was fine
