This was bad experience due to when I picked up the truck it was filthy there was soda spilled over the cup holders that was not cleaned. It was sticky and messy. Second thing was when my movers loaded my furniture the latch from the back did close. I had to tie a rope around the back latch so my furniture wouldn't fall out while transporting my items. When I returned the truck told the assistant all he said was that he would be letting the manager know. Mind you I had already paid $52 dollars just to rent the uhaul truck. I then had to wait on my charges thur my bank because when I rented the truck. I had to leave my bank card. They false advertise the $19.95 for rental saying they ran out of trucks and giving me an expensive one. I am very disappointed customer. I will never rent from you. I have pictures to show.

MARLO Gmy reservation started at 9 am, the app was not working so i had to wait until 10 am when the office waited and there was still a long line which resulted in me getting my U-Haul close to 12:40 and there still wasn’t even time to move all my stuff which resulted in me having to take multiple trips in my own personal vehicle to move more stuff. It’s quite ridiculous on the service that was provided at this location

Adelaido Fthe issues which there were many like 10 changes for reservation changes I didn't make, truck not available the day of wanted me to drive to Corpus Christie 110 miles away to pick a truck up. When got the truck (it was just dropped off and hadn't been checked in yet) only one hook was on the ramp had to use it anyway. Truck didn't even have cruise control, whatever. Be glad you're about the only major player in this field if you ever get competition it will rush you! Terrible stressful ordeal

Ruben GI don't know if I would or not. I reserved my truck for this location and received a call to pick it up at a different location. I did as I was instructed. The other location told me to return it to them. However, I received 3 calls from this location wanting me to return the truck to them. As a customer, I should not have to deal with the inter-agency competition or whatever it was and feel confusion or pressure during a time that is difficult enough as it is.
