There was nobody there when I dropped it off... No contact phone number and small parking... I wasn't emailed or called about my final bill... Extra mileage is too expensive

They were not open. I completed the mobile check in. Truck was not drivable with CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND NO AIR CONDITIONING. I DID NOT TAKE THE TRUCK. i CANNOT REACH ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION IN PERSON OR BY PHONE TO GET A REFUND AND UHAUL CORPORATE WON'T HELP ME.

Cindy J.I went in and nobody was there! They gave Mr a phone number of Uhaul person. I called 3 times and no call back. Them I went online and made reservation. Why do you have an office if you have to have Service master employee try to get them to c was all you. Also made reservation to have it loaded by hone movers. They were double booked and would not make it till late. I said forget it! Why promise to be there at 1030am and thinks it's ok to change it to 4 or 5 pm!
