Well... I had a pickup time set for 3pm edt. When I arrived there was no one at the location and the doors were locked. Finally they came back 45 minutes later. Apparently went out for lunch... but when I was supposed to pick up the truck; so that was not great. The truck had broken glass in the back. I cleaned it up... but Im not blaming them for that. AND the pickup process (the terrible app and service) was the WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED. The app kept getting an error, and in app chat was no help, and non-responsive. The guys at the location finally got it figured out. My pickup time was 3pm, and I did not leave with the truck until 5pm!! 2 hours for pickup is insane.
