I rented a truck from this location and clearly told the person who answered the phone I wanted it for one days rental meaning 24 hours. Instead they made it for 12 hours expecting me to return the vehicle at 4:30 in the morning, that was plain down stupid. Will not return to use this sight again.JONATHAN L.
I reserved a 15-foot truck a week in advance for my move. Upon pick-up, the employees did not see me in the system. After talking to customer support for an hour, I found out uhaul lost my reservation. This location nor any surrounding locations had a 15-foot truck. I was forced to settle with a 10-foot truck. I also paid $200 for 2 hours for movers to assist and due to the negligence at uhaul, i was an hour late and the movers could only assist for an hour. At the end of the hour, they already packed the 10-foot truck full, forcing me to double my mileage and finish the heavy lifting myself. The employees at this particular location were fine, but after this experience with my reservation getting lost and all of the extra costs and inconveniences that came with it, I will NEVER be a returning customer. Moving is hard enough, don't guarantee a rental for your customers when you can't.KALEB R.
Staff explained nothing about the rental process, said i only had 3 hours and had to be back for the next person or they would not rent to me. Upon my return (which was rushed) they could not provide me a receipt. Said I would have to return Monday. Also could not adjust my estimated mileage and actual mileage upon completion. My experience wasn't bad with the location. The issue was I requested a particular location and there was no truck there. Then they told me it was at another location sent me there. The location was closed. Then finally I called and someone told me to come to the next location. The issue is I have used uhual multiple times and the way roys quality car care treated me with uhual service was horrible and they were not helpful. I should not have to drive around for a hour trying to pick up a truck I reserved and this is the second time it has happened to me with your company. I will not be coming back.Stephanie S.
The air conditioner would only blow through the defrost and the tire monitor was not working on one of the tires. I tried to drop off at 5:15 when they closed at 6 but they were closed when I got there. Luckily I could do mobile drop offJustin R.

Key box was on the back of the sign. I had trouble finding it even with the picture provided. The lock would not open. It took 10 minutes of us being on hold with the customer service number while my husband jiggled the lock before he finally got it open. BTW, no one ever answered on the customer line.Leigh J.
