I reserved a van and a dolly online. The van I was given when I went to pick it up in the morning had nearly an empty tank of gas, front tires in need of air (at 40 psi when they should have been at 55 psi), and no dolly. When I returned the van in the afternoon I learned I should have not been given that vehicle as it was scheduled for maintenance. The interior of the cab was filthy in areas like the cup holders. Awful experience. I only booked a truck for three hours between 430 and 730pm. I didn't get the truck until 630pm : I had to wait two hours. Will never use again.Max R.
I drove the van for a total of less than 3 miles (2,4 miles precisely) and got charged for an additional 2 gallons of fuel usage. It is sheer impossible for a van to have used up that amount of fuel in this trip. When I asked for clarification, the u-haul representative at this location was utterly rude and disrespectful towards me and didn't offer any explanation and stated that it's not his problem and I am obligated to pay that fee. I had a terrible experience and will make this public.Beste A.

Location is good and staff is amazing and friendly but your trucks are in terrible condition in all locations.. I rented it with almost empty tank and was not sure I can get to the closest gas station. Check engine indicator was on all the time which was a bit scaring.. looks like nobody cares and trucks have never been serviced since they're started to exploit.Andrei N.
No attendant at the station so I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. Then they said they were out of vans, even though I had reserved one online. I ended up getting a large truck instead, which was dirty, dented, smelled like cigarette smoke, and had its "check engine" light on. All in all a bad experience.Phil O.

I was charged $9.50 for fuel. When I received the vehicle the fuel gauge read slightly more than 3/4 ( have a picture)I drove 12.2 miles refueled it to well above 3/4. My van reservation was not ready on time. When I got there the attendant told me it was going to be a very long time and took my number. He never called me and when I came back 2hrs later they had the van and it was another attendant. Finally I got my van to find out the location where I was suppose to load my ubox had now closed so I couldn't take any of my stuff. I ended up getting charged anyway for the rate even though I didn't use the van until the next day. Never was there an apology or compensation offered for the delay or for making me miss the load in!Maykel E.

Pickup was not possible with 24/7 mobile pickup even though it was stated in the app that that was possible. Thus I don't know if my reservation was actually reserving a truck or if I could have ended up without a truck when I had to move out on this day. This needs to be corrected and clarified. I received the gas tank 1/4 full and when I returned it (only 10 miles used) I got penalized for it with a $30.00 gas fee plus the gas charge of $14.00! What a ripoff and unpleasant service experience.Mario R.

Tried to check in online using my mobile but the waiting for approval took longer than ten minutes. We ended up speaking to the employee who was great. Telling people to use the app to skip the mine when there is no line and it takes ten minutes isn't a great experience. When I arrived to pickup my u-haul I was told that there were no cars available. I then had to wait at the u-haul lot for almost three hours. This obviously delayed my move and made the entire day incredibly frustrating. I will not be using u-haul again, and will be warning friends about this.ADAMH C.

i was given a number to call when i got to the states as they would tell me their preferred uhaul drop off and when i called, no one replied. i tried a couple times at different times. nothing. so i took the uhaul where i wanted to drop off it and when i got there it wouldn't let me check in the uhaul over the phone. it was awful. i was tired from driving 8 hours and tried calling any uhaul number i could find and no one would pickup to help me. horrible experience and very unclear.SHAHEEN S.
We opted for mobile pickup and ended up spending over an hour because our van had an alert that it needed an oil change and barely had any gas left. We also weren't notified of the fact that we would be charged a $30 service fee if we did not bring back the van with the same amount of gas as when we picked it up. Van was in very poor shape. Brakes non existent, doors damaged (latches were definitely bent out of shape). Vehicle was definitely not sanitized (console sticky and dirty, steering wheel and shift lever greasy). Ended up sanitizing myself. Staff are not even dedicated uhaul employees, just parking garage attendants. In addition my online check in crashed and I could not finish. I attempted to call 800 number and waited on hold for 30 mins before giving up. 100% never renting from this location; will do everything in my power to avoid uhaul going forward.Abraham S.
When I arrived they told me that I couldn't return a one way rental there and that I must call uhaul customer service or I would receive fees and other bad things. I was exhausted and I stood on hold waiting for uhaul customer service for over 45 mins before hanging up and tell the person I am leaving it there and that's final.Ron Z.
