They didn't have the van, which I had reserved. They also didn't have the dolly. I had to take the small truck which was too big for the job and inconvenient.

ismael L.Vehicle was really filthy and had dust, dirt, and dog hair all over both the driver's seat and passenger seat. Garbage was inside the cabin of van and in the rear holding area. Location attendant was very nice and the process overall was seamless for pick-up and return. Really need to clean the vehicles though as it is very unsanitary and renters don't know who or what kind of people had the vehicle before them.
