The employee around the pick up did not make it evident that he was a uhaul employee. He was not helpful. Additionally, another employee near the drop off spot gave me the wrong instructions and told me to drop off the keys which inhibited me from taking pictures of the vehicle. Add on top of the fact that my assigned vehicle, BE 5884 U, was not in the lot at 5:30. It arrived at 6:00. This made me late for my storage unit pick up which subsequently told me they were closed upon my arrival. I would please like a refund or voucher for my experience as this process inhibited me from moving anything and wound up being a waste of money towards a U Haul. Now im forced to try again today and spend more money. Thank you.

Had a reservation to pick up U-Haul with loading equipment for 10:30am on August 15th. When I arrived at the location they said there were no trucks available and could not provide an ETA on when they would arrive. Ended up waiting over an hour for the truck, and when I finally got it there was no moving equipment available. Very poor XP that made the moving day much more stressful - I will be seeking a refund
Travis AI ordered a normal dolly and moving cover/pad, but it didn't come with it. So I basically wasted that money. The fuel policy wasn't too clear, and I didn't know I had to pay a fuel service fee. Basically, it ended up so much higher than I anticipated. Almost doubled the amount.
Kyunghee Jattendant was useless. vans and trucks parked in a crazy, unorganized way. PLUS YOU GAVE ME A VAN WITH A BROKEN BATTERY. do better.
