Even at the end there was a hiccup with the odometer, he fixed it quick. I wish I got his name but he was working on Sunday August 30th,2026 at the 26 S 6th st Williamsburg. 10/10 experience!

OMMAYRA LThe employee around the pick up did not make it evident that he was a uhaul employee. He was not helpful. Additionally, another employee near the drop off spot gave me the wrong instructions and told me to drop off the keys which inhibited me from taking pictures of the vehicle. Add on top of the fact that my assigned vehicle, BE 5884 U, was not in the lot at 5:30. It arrived at 6:00. This made me late for my storage unit pick up which subsequently told me they were closed upon my arrival. I would please like a refund or voucher for my experience as this process inhibited me from moving anything and wound up being a waste of money towards a U Haul. Now im forced to try again today and spend more money. Thank you.
