All in all everything was good. A few issues, The van i used was filled with animal hair on the chairs in the front seats. This should be inspected and cleaned before issuing this vehicle to the next customer. Also, i asked the person who was working when i brought the vehicle back if i can get a printed copy of the receipt but he stated they do not give paper copies only thru email. He took my keys and said thank you. I did not even know what was spent for the time i used the vehicle. This process should be looked into. Thank you,

There was zero help from anyone at the location. The van was dirty, had junk inside, less than an 1/4 tank of gas and again, zero help from anyone at this location.
natalie dI am giving this two stars solely because of the customer service at the physical location. The pickup spot was fine, and the guy working there was helpful, friendly, and did his job well. Unfortunately, the actual truck and the billing experience were terrible. Major Safety Hazard: The side mirror on my truck was incredibly loose and unstable. It fell down so badly while driving that I could barely use it. Operating a large rental truck with a useless side mirror is extremely dangerous, and it made for a highly stressful, unsafe driving experience. Dishonest Gas Fees: The truck was given to me practically on empty. I did the right thing, put fuel in it, and actually returned it with more gas than it had when I started. Despite this, I was still hit with an extra gas fee on my final bill. It is incredibly frustrating to pay extra fees when you actually left the vehicle in better shape than you received it. Great local staff, but a terrible vehicle and highly disappointing billing practices. I would not recommend.
