The man that helped me when I picked up the keys for the truck was great. Very nice and helpful . I didn't like that he was the only worker there so there is a bit of a wait bcuz he doesn't have any help . It should definitely be 2 people , 1 for parking cars and 1 for U-Haul at the least but overall a good experience,

Jayson K.Clean the truck, it was filthy dirty, reeked of cigarette smoke, the steering wheel was actually sticky. The mind boggles at the last time the truck was inspected and cleaned.
