Need to keep the size of truck closer to the size requested. We had ordered a 10' and wound up with 20' it was a bit big to drive. Especially for my wife she is not a truck driver lol, but she pulled it off. Thank God. 10 extra ft is not someone can easily adjust to.Tara M.

The equipment had been damaged when I picked it up. I did not notice the damage until I was working with the trailer. It appears to have been repaired. I was quite nervous the entire time that I would be implicated in this previous situation. I expect the equipment to be fairly pristine or noted as otherwise. Clearly, this deficiency was both long existing and a non-issue from a functional standpoint. The fellow at the location was nice. But the location is very substandard. It is really a dilapidated operation. I would not return there only as I do not feel comfortable or safe.James S.

Very honest upfront in my past experiences there has always been hidden fees not here Jeremy was upfront about all the cost. They didn't have the truck I needed BUT I was upgraded at no additional cost to me! The truck was speck clean and the cost was TOTALLY worth it! Thank you the great customer service!Jessica M.
Did not like that 2 1/2 hours before my reservation appointment i get a text to call the scheduling department because the equipment i reserved three nights before is no longer available at the location i choose. I was redirected to a facility twelve miles further, and upon my arrival to the facility at my reservation appointment, i find that the uhaul reps are at lunch. I understand things like this happen, but it was an inconvenience that put me behind on plans.Lorenzo E.

Rid trucks of fire ants. My trip included two days of being bitten by fire ants while driving. The original pickup location assigned by Uhaul was unsuccessful in getting me on the road. For THREE HOURS, I finally was assigned Glenda Drive which provided excellent service. With regards to the billing and credits, I've written Uhaul to get details but to no avail. At this point I would not recommend Uhaul because of the lack of response, even to an email link sent to me to ask these questions. The Houston area call center was somewhat helpful in getting me reassigned a new location but the original location should not be handling long distance moves. And I even went online for signing in to shorten the process, but THREE HOURS IN THE ORIGINAL LOCATION to finally get reassigned failed at this process and handling. The destination had issues with leaving my vehicle temporarily for more than 15 minutes! My request to the Houston call center was not setup as requested for alternate process for me to drop off. Lack of communication from Uhaul for these issues that remain unanswered, especially credits to my move, keep me from recommending this company and I hope their service improves someday. Twice I have responded to the email link to ask questions and state concerns but no response.William K.

Inspect trailers before they are rented out. My trailer's hydraulic brake fluid was dry, and looked as if it hadn't been serviced in a long time. I didn't realize the problem until I was fully loaded, and had to call roadside service. The roadside service technician was excellent in his service, Both prompt, and thorough.LESLIE B.

Original U-Haul reservation on July 18 at 10:30 AM was booked and lost. Circle S facility (Heath) and Glenda Drive (Jeramiah) managers quickly responded with friendly and supportive service to provide me with the needed U-Haul trailer. I was loading my trailer several hours later. It was one hot day, but I was in Dallas at 12 midnight!Peter V S.

I arrived at 8 am and processed my turn in OnLine... The phone number on the contract had no voice mail and I could not drop off the equipment so I had to arrive when they opened... The folks were very friendly and helpful with the turn in... A small business and off the beaten track but I love small businesses as they provide the best service!Wayne H.

We tried calling this location for 2 days straight with no answer and no call back. When we returned the vehicle the guy we returned it to was completely clueless about any and everything. We got the truck and come to find out the ramp was broken which cost us time and money with our movers that get paid hourly.... very disappointed! And to top it off, we made this reservation weeks prior to the move and find out the day before that our original location ( half a mile from our house) will not be our pick up location. The new location was over 5 miles away, so there's even more money for their pockets and out of mine.Michael E.
