Mr. Bids was fine, but I cannot recommend U-Haul's after hours check in or your customer service at all. Twice I called before pickup and was told that I didn't need my order associated with my account. I showed up to pick up my truck and had to sit on the phone with CS for 47 minutes while they tried to figure out why it wasn't working. He had me do some ridiculous things to try and get it to work. And it was all because they spelled my name wrong on the reservation.Jay W.

The location was great. And employees on location were very professional but we had to go 20 miles just to get it because you gave my original reservation away. The people on the phone through customer service should not tell you something if it'd not the truth or they aren't sure.Devon F.

The owner was very nice and cooperative. The only issue I had was returning the equipment after closing. I tried to use the app to check the trailer that I rented back in but it wouldn't let me past a certain screen that wanted a picture of the vehicle dashboard. I rented a trailer so that didn't apply. I called customer service and didn't get an answer after over 20 minutes of being on hold. I then tried to chat with customer service and they told me that they couldn't help me. I ended up being charged $25 extra because I couldn't check the equipment back in through the website.sean A.

Brandon gave us excellent customer service - a real pleasure! The van we rented only had 1/8 tank of gas, so had to stop for gas immediately. Worst part of was that van REEKED OF SMOKE, so our clothes and belongings now do also. Also, the floor of the cab was filthy.AbeDebbie S.

The experience was good but I think a charge of $20 for turning in U-Haul after hours is ridiculous. Why would you penalize someone for turning in U-Haul when they are not open. I used the U-Haul for 3 hours and they close at noon anyway so it is like they close early so they can charge $20. That is completely unfair and bad business. I must say I will probably rent Penske next time even iif they charge moreSteve K.

Got multiple phone calls when I forgot to put the blankets back in. I forgot which was my fault. I get the truck back on time and tried to put the gas back where it was when I got it. Since there was no paperwork I guessed and was charged $11 for gas for being 2 gallons short. Not worth the hassleGrayson M.

all drop-off procedures are via mobile phone, yet we had poor reception. We kept having to leave and return for each step of the process. It took us over an hour to drop off the truck. At least have wifi if you want a mobile assisted drop-off after hoursMatthew S.

Quit letting people order uhauls that are not available when the people order them. It is very annoying to schedule a move on a specific day and be told that the uhaul you ordered is not available. Why would you let customers order something that isn't actually available.Brandon S.

I had ordered a trailer approximately a month in advance to move my daughter out of her college home. I arrived at my scheduled pick-up location only to be notified that they moved my pick-up location. I was never notified in advance and although they had trailers I was forced to drive out of my way. I was told they didn't want to inconvenience others who had a scheduled pick-up that day. Really? When I arrived at the new location they were understaffed, unorganized and busy. When they got me a trailer the taillights did not work. Meanwhile, they helped another customer get the same size trailer (only one left) and they drove off. They provided me with a larger trailer (of which I did not want but had no choice). I had also originally ordered 24 furniture pads that they did not have. We called the original pick-up place to deliver and they refused. We were required to go back, out of our way again, to pick up those pads. A process that should have taken ten minutes took almost two hours and I did not receive the equipment I agreed to. In fairness, the first time I used U-Haul things went well. Not this time and I will acquire competitor quotes when my daughter moves back to college in the fall.RICHARD S.
This is not a 24 hr location!!! Set up via phone call and was informed I could pickup starting at 7 am, NOT TRUE. We chose 9 am and got there at 8:57. We were informed they don't open til 11 am but they would process it since they were there. This is 2nd time w issues w uhaul and there will NOT be a 3rd. We rented the 10 foot van U-Haul and upon starting it the check engine light came on and we were told it's fine the fluids are good if you have trouble while on the road to your destination just call the number at the top of the paperwork get service to you. We were informed that all the catalytic converter's had been removed from all the U-Haul's and had recently been welded back on, which would explain the smell of an exhaust leak. My husband who drove the unit stated the front shock or strut appeared to be blown due to vibration so bad in steering and hard to keep on the road w semi trailer passing. Van had only 1/8 tank of gas rather than the 1/4 tank that we were told. We were told to dispute it upon return rather than at pick-up time. The return location informed us that it needed to be done at pick-up! And although we requested 12 blankets, they had just 2, so we had to drive across town to pick up the rest of the blankets.Jonathan R.
Make sure that you meet your reservation expectations. I reserved the U-Haul for 9am but it was scheduled for 11am. Luckily the owner of the establishment got it ready for me at 9:30. He was awesome but reservations was horrible and not helpful. U-Haul reservations failed my expectations.Brian D.

Supposed to pick up at 10AM. The hours say they are open at 9AM. Was very stressful as if they were going to show up or not. They showed up at 10:30AM and we were able to get the trailer. Made for a stressful morning and we had to forget about getting a head start on the packing for our daughter. With the loss of time and her graduation ceremonies we had to wait until Sunday to pack. The idea was to get this done early Friday.Bill D.
