DAVID YSmall location, difficult to turn into with larger trucks due to giant median dividing the road Oh and by the way, the reservation somehow got put into the secondary driver’s name which was incorrect but after the hassle of picking up the truck over a long two hour delay, it wasn’t worth our time to fix it.

Christine LJust a drop-off. I used the U-Haul app and took photos as directed in that, but the app crashed before I could hit submit. I received a notice saying the trailer was successfully returned, so I didn't pursue alerting U-Haul.
KAREN MI was sitting right outside of their property stuck by a sitting train, and it took me past their closing time, and they wouldn't come back and get the truck.

Merrill MHave more gas in the vehicle, there was less than a quarter of a tank! I drove a total of 6 miles and had to put gas in the truck to make it back to the location!

Tammy DService was great and the agent was personable. The only issue was getting out of the parking lot. There was a median strip that made it impossible to turn left and difficult to turn right. With multiple railroad crossings closed, turning right caused a significant detour for us.
Rebecca MThe cab smelled stale smoke. We left in 20 degree weather and blowing snow and the windshield washer fluid was frozen. Had to stop several times to clean the windshield until we reached much warmer weather. Luckily we going South, not North!

Robin CThe lock box code didn’t work the place wa supposed to be open and I wasn’t I formed and it took an hour to get customer service on the phone for help and they had to get me another truck that was bigger and it didn’t have the equipment I had rented for the smaller truck, this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and no dolly no equipment I had reserved it might the move a living hell. I will never use uhaul again answer I am going to contact corporate. The way uhaul handled it was handled was so unprofessional. And never made any attempt to get the needed equipment.
Celinda WGreat and speedy service, assisted with every aspect of the rental. Super happy with the pick up location person. Trailer performed well for the 2,000 + mile trip. Never a problem or concern. It tracked perfectly behind my Equinox. The Equinox hitch, complete installation with light hook up by a U-haul store in Yuma cost about $500. Which I feel was high but these days, Bidenomics has everything going thru the roof. The installation was quick, the lighting system tested well and I was pleased at the nice looking hitch. Good job! My overall satisfaction is 5 star and would recommend a hitch installation and convenient rental of their many trailers. Thank you U-Haul for a great experience.

Bowen MI paid for a dolly didn't get one then it stormed and everything I owned got ruined all my tvs computers kids tablets about 4000 worth of stuff got ruined then after paying 102 I was charged another 104 who charges 206 to use a truck to move never again will I use uhaul

Edward KThe truck battery was completely dead when I arrived for pickup. It took over an hour for roadside assistance to dispatch a technician. After waiting an hour for dispatch, the technician said he wouldn't be there for another hour. I could not wait due to scheduling and had to cancel the pickup and book a truck for the next morning in the next town over.

John SCalled day later and told them I’d have to return elsewhere. They gave me an estimated increase of around $75. You tried to charge me $650. Good thing my bank warned me and declined it.

Cynethia JDropped the trailer off after hours. The printed folder that the contract was in was not clear that you needed to complete the online return check in while you were at the return location. I completed the check in later from my hotel and needed that assistance of an online U-haul rep to complete the process.
Paul TThe cargo area of the truck was clean. The cab was clean but smelled disgusting. Like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes in it.

Benjamin SMr. Bids was fine, but I cannot recommend U-Haul’s after hours check in or your customer service at all. Twice I called before pickup and was told that I didn’t need my order associated with my account. I showed up to pick up my truck and had to sit on the phone with CS for 47 minutes while they tried to figure out why it wasn’t working. He had me do some ridiculous things to try and get it to work. And it was all because they spelled my name wrong on the reservation.
