Great and speedy service, assisted with every aspect of the rental. Super happy with the pick up location person. Trailer performed well for the 2,000 + mile trip. Never a problem or concern. It tracked perfectly behind my Equinox. The Equinox hitch, complete installation with light hook up by a U-haul store in Yuma cost about $500. Which I feel was high but these days, Bidenomics has everything going thru the roof. The installation was quick, the lighting system tested well and I was pleased at the nice looking hitch. Good job! My overall satisfaction is 5 star and would recommend a hitch installation and convenient rental of their many trailers. Thank you U-Haul for a great experience.Raynald C.

I paid for a dolly didn't get one then it stormed and everything I owned got ruined all my tvs computers kids tablets about 4000 worth of stuff got ruined then after paying 102 I was charged another 104 who charges 206 to use a truck to move never again will I use uhaulMisty R.

The truck battery was completely dead when I arrived for pickup. It took over an hour for roadside assistance to dispatch a technician. After waiting an hour for dispatch, the technician said he wouldn't be there for another hour. I could not wait due to scheduling and had to cancel the pickup and book a truck for the next morning in the next town over.Greg S.

Dropped the trailer off after hours. The printed folder that the contract was in was not clear that you needed to complete the online return check in while you were at the return location. I completed the check in later from my hotel and needed that assistance of an online U-haul rep to complete the process.Paul T.

Mr. Bids was fine, but I cannot recommend U-Haul's after hours check in or your customer service at all. Twice I called before pickup and was told that I didn't need my order associated with my account. I showed up to pick up my truck and had to sit on the phone with CS for 47 minutes while they tried to figure out why it wasn't working. He had me do some ridiculous things to try and get it to work. And it was all because they spelled my name wrong on the reservation.Jay W.

The owner was very nice and cooperative. The only issue I had was returning the equipment after closing. I tried to use the app to check the trailer that I rented back in but it wouldn't let me past a certain screen that wanted a picture of the vehicle dashboard. I rented a trailer so that didn't apply. I called customer service and didn't get an answer after over 20 minutes of being on hold. I then tried to chat with customer service and they told me that they couldn't help me. I ended up being charged $25 extra because I couldn't check the equipment back in through the website.sean A.

The experience was good but I think a charge of $20 for turning in U-Haul after hours is ridiculous. Why would you penalize someone for turning in U-Haul when they are not open. I used the U-Haul for 3 hours and they close at noon anyway so it is like they close early so they can charge $20. That is completely unfair and bad business. I must say I will probably rent Penske next time even iif they charge moreSteve K.

Got multiple phone calls when I forgot to put the blankets back in. I forgot which was my fault. I get the truck back on time and tried to put the gas back where it was when I got it. Since there was no paperwork I guessed and was charged $11 for gas for being 2 gallons short. Not worth the hassleGrayson M.
