Worst UHaul experience I ever had. I scheduled 1 week advance, got a text message day prior stating it was no longer availalble. They re-routed me to Anderson IN- scatterfield road location with 10am appointment. Go there and there was no truck. Owner was Indian decent- and did not care- would not even give me customer service phone number to help. Shaddy location !! Had to call for help with customer service. Routed to Muncie for 26 foot truck, told would be same cost as 15 foot- got there and was charged for 27 foot truck. Had to pay gas for truck getting 10 MPG. Shame on you UHaul- Very Shitty Experience !!!!
