I paid for a dolly didn't get one then it stormed and everything I owned got ruined all my tvs computers kids tablets about 4000 worth of stuff got ruined then after paying 102 I was charged another 104 who charges 206 to use a truck to move never again will I use uhaul

Edward K.The truck battery was completely dead when I arrived for pickup. It took over an hour for roadside assistance to dispatch a technician. After waiting an hour for dispatch, the technician said he wouldn't be there for another hour. I could not wait due to scheduling and had to cancel the pickup and book a truck for the next morning in the next town over.
