Truck was parked 2” from another truck so I wasn’t able to take pictures of the truck. No matter, because the app didn’t work anyway, requiring me to call and express that and have someone document the fuel and the mileage. Then got it home (4mi away) only to realize there wasn’t any of the equipment in the truck m; dollys and furniture pads were apparently cancelled but nobody felt the need to let me know that. I never got a confirmation call the day before to discuss any of that. Overall a frustrating experience with UHaul.
