I've rented from multiple 3rd party U-Haul locations but this one scarred me so bad, I swear to only go to an official UHaul lot next time. When i walked in, there was no greeting, no "hey how can I help you", no urgency to even see why I was in his shop. He was on the phone and continued to have a conversation until I spoke first. So unprofessional. The app at the time was also glitching. If i hadn't already processed the reservation through my phone I would've just walked out. Because of the app glitching I asked him if he was able to see my reservation. he proceeds to say yes yet asked me every single question that I had already answered (it gave he actually didnt see my reservation and instead did it himself on his end). when he called me back to his office he was eating. Im sorry but as a business owner, you stop whatever you're doing to take care of your customers. I do not want to see you scoffing down a peanut butter covered snack like im not standing here. He did not offer me a seat. Didn't ask if I needed anything extra with the rental (in which I did , an appliance dolly but all he had was a utility dolly; figures.), yet somehow ended up with a double charge of furniture pads on my bill ??????? Anyway, I checked out with him charging me the FULL PRICE before I even stepped out of his shop. I'm used to paying the deposit to rent and then they charge your card of the remaining debt once you bring the truck back and close out your reservation. He then proceeds to say "That's not how we do it here". Well apparently they double charge you for everything and add on fees you did not agree to here. I had my two kids and everything and he didn't offer to help with anything! I even had to go back in and get the dolly myself. As im walking out with it he yells from across the parking lot "OH MY BAD". Professionalism and Chivalry sucked so bad, I have never been so determined to write a review so thoroughly. Take my advice, Do not rent your Uhaul from here. It may be closer, but SO not worth it. Do better black man.

Call to follow up with the online reservation. Make sure the app loads and is working before you leave with the vehicle. Everyone was super professional and knows their stuff!

I thrned in a day early n got charged for after hours dropoff , wasnt told about an turn in fee or i would have just kept it

Very slow process. Employee handling the transaction said the Uhaul site was slow and even "went down" but it could have been the locations internet.

Very kind and professional no hard time at all paperwork was easy to navigate service providers were very polite and considerate I will recommend them every time 5 outta 5 stars 🌟
