Too many issues with the app. Had to keep closing it and restarting it. Had to call customer support twice. Pickup was almost an hour due to app issues, not from my phone but from just a lackluster poorly designed customer experience and bad flow of general usage. Same for returning vehicle, took almost an hour to return for different issue... again all poorly designed app related. I would recommend to a friend with a STERN WARNING to account for an hour to pick up a vehicle and return it. Store workers were good nothing against the location.

If you provide rental cars, you should provide designated parking to store your cars. It's no good to make people search all around the neighborhood to locate the car when picking it up or to park the car when returning it.

The van I had was not clean, it had a lot of sand inside. However I cleaned it myself for the next family.

The facility was awkward. It was rent via app and the store that handled the rental was closed at pick up and closed at drop off (as advertised). The app wasn't as user friendly as expected and it complicated pick up. The urban nature of the location of the store (we were moving within the city, so it was too be expected) added challenges, as the facility did not have a dedicated yard, but rather required street parking. The equipment was generally good, but the right tail light/directional bulb was out and needed to be replaced.
