Traci makes the rental program so easy. She will work with you . Customer service 5 star. We have rented twice in the last month and it was great. I wouldn’t rent any where else.

Jennifer BThe truck had the check engine light on. When I asked about it, the shop owner said it was the O2 sensor and that U-haul knows about it. We got horrible gas mileage because of it.

Gary ADon’t apply for moving help , because they’re not Uhual company, they are a separate company. I thought I was going to get some helpers but I canceled them because they never called. I didn’t get a dolly to move my boxes. It’s something I’ll remember next time.

JERRY FPickup was easy and helpful. However, no one actually went over the contract with me. Neither the pickup vendor or the customer service on the phone. I didn’t have time to sit and read the details during my moving day and was unpleasantly surprised when I was charged an extra $50 for gas and a cleaning feel.

James HExtremely inexperienced and unable to navigate the check in and check out processes... was there an hour and a half checking out because of a prior mistake when the truck was last checked in before my rental and the young lady had no clue how to resolve it... cost me 18 bucks in lost time to my hired help and we barely got the moving done and returned the truck because we were not able to extend due to it being reserved right after I returned it... was a disappointing experience that put extra pressure on me to get our move done... I wish there was a Penske location near here...

Vivian GU-Haul not this location……Wait time was 47 min to U-Haul. I got the call back, then was put back on hold que and it said wait time was 57 min. By that time the location was opening.
