The rental location in LaBelle (Mike) was my saving grace. I made my reservation with Uhaul in Moore Haven at 1035 Pony Place. When I arrived to pickup my rental, they had given it away. The manager stated that his assistant gave the vehicle to someone else... I didn't understand how this happened. After calling around, the nearest location that had a vehicle was in LaBelle (30 min drive). Needless to say this was a huge inconvenience.Phillip K.
6 x 12 enclosed trailer did not have a lift wheel on the front. No way to disconnect the trailer once its loaded, which i need to, so I had to go buy a javk to lift it off !Richard W.

It wasn't possable for me to personally return the truck. My trusted handy man of over 6 years returned the truck for me and put the gas in it where the level was at the time I picked it up. My handyman Manuel is very competent. Nicole charged me a $39.00 fuel charge!!!!! I called her about this. Might as well gone out and talked to a tree. I'll never use U-Haul again. If my schedule wasn't so full, I would do something about this. America's Greatness wasn't built by companies like yours!robin O.

The young man who hooked my trailer up did not tighten it up and it came off a few miles down the road. The safety chains was the only the that kept it from being a disaster. It damaged my hitch a little bit I was able to straighten it out. The girls in the office were great though.HOWARD R.

I previously turned in at Curry 655 S. Main Labelle,FL 33935. They are still on the online location list and have a UHaul sign on door. The gate to yard was open but no one there. The only reason I didn't drop the trailer there was before there were lots of UHaul vehicles in the lot and this time there were none. So I took trailer to MSJ and they told me Curry was closed and out of business. You need to get them off the location list before it creates a problemClifford B.

The manager or owner of this location took exception to my request for a receipt or some form of proof that the return was made in the time allowed by contract. He accused me of talking disparaging to his employees although he wasn't in the room when my request was made. If this is the type of attitude Uhaul accepts I will seek other sources for my needs in the future.Robert M.

THIS LOCATION HANDLED THE SITUATION POLITELY AND EFFICIENTLY AS COULD BE EXPECTED. THEY SET THE TRAILER UP MADE SURE IT WAS ALL CORRECT BEFORE SENDING ME ON MY WAY. HOWEVER GETTING TO THEM WAS A NIGHTMARE.. THE OTHER DEALER AND THE COMPANY PHONE SYSTEM HAD ME LATE AND ALMOST 225 ON THE BLOOD PREASURE SCALE BEFORDE I GOT TO THIS DEALER SHIP!!!TOM H.
