Get rid of this location. He should not be dealing with the public or renting a product he doesn’t know how to use their software. And truck had engine light on and no wiper fluid in it. Also no dolly or asked us about anything else needed which we had reserved in our original reservation he refused to look up. He also did not cancel my original reservation I had with my credit card and I had to call U-Haul directly to cancel it.
Ovi RRented uhaul's from 3 locations in labelle Florida and Mike and his wife were the absolute best for accommodating my craziness! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional!
