This location was absolutely unprofessional. I walked into the store around 9:45 a.m. and the employee was having a conversation with people on a large TV screen with cameras. I did not want to be on camera. I asked about my pickup and received no response. When another customer walked in, they were immediately helped, while a third customer entered and wasn’t greeted at all. I was told to check in on the app, which I did, and then waited while the employee continued talking to people through the TV in a different language. When I asked again about my booking, the employee pointed at the TV and told me to ask them instead. By 10:30 a.m., I still had not been helped. The third customer eventually walked out. This was the most unprofessional “business” experience I have ever had. I was on a tight schedule due to moving, which made this even more frustrating. When I finally received the keys, the truck was completely covered in snow. I had to go back inside to ask for a snow brush, which took an excessive amount of time to receive. I then had to clear all the snow and ice myself, and one of the windshield wipers was off, which I had to fix as well. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

ABDUL HI had an appointment for pick up at 9am and they didn't open until 9:40. They were helpful once they opened but I didn't like that they were 40 minutes late.

Cibin CI wanted to share my recent experience at your rental location, which unfortunately left me quite disappointed. Firstly, I believe it is essential that everyone associated with the rental location should be able to communicate fluently in Canada's official language, English. This would ensure smoother interactions and better customer service. Moreover, if a unit is booked for 9:00 am, the location should be open and ready by that time, not 40 minutes later, by the time I left the location it was nearly 11:00 am. Punctuality is crucial for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. Additionally, it is important that all staff members have the necessary knowledge to complete the rental agreement accurately. Due to the lack of knowledge, I ended up receiving two keys for two different units, which resulted in me putting $53.00 worth of gas in the wrong unit. I am genuinely disappointed with this location and hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to prevent similar situations in the future.

SAGAR STaubeer at this location has been professional, very kind and easy to talk to, as I had called him multiple times with questions, and he was able to provide answers right away. Waiting in the store I observed Taubeer interacting with other clients and he is patient and knowledgable. Thank you Taubeer for great service!
Reef PThis places uses reps in other locations connected via zoom to service customers. Upon arrival I was notified that the truck I reserved wasn’t returned yet by the previous user and I would need to wait 30-45 minutes for the truck to arrive. They were able to offer me a different truck but it took the rep about an hour to set it up. This also included the time we had to wait for the rep because he disconnected from the zoom call due to a bad connection. Also, because the original truck wasn’t available, it meant the dolly I reserved wasn’t available either. It would be best if there was someone on-site to manage the customers.
MATTHEW SI booked this location weeks in advance and even got confirmation that I could pick up the truck at 9am. When we arrived at 9 am we were shocked to see that no physical staff member was on site to meet us and give us the keys. There’s was a screen for interaction and the people on the screen had no idea where the U-Haul guy was. We had to wait and keep asking where “the guy” was to people on a screen… ans they couldn’t give us a straight answer! who knows where those people even were in the world!?!?!? Terrible experience. We were moving out of an apartment building where we had to use the service elevator and book the elevator. Needless to say our schedule was ruined- Do Not Book U-Haul from this location! Terrible!

SIMON GDespite being very clear about the Coverage charges, told him several time at the time of booking, we don't want the coverage he still selected that option for at the time of booking also we mentioned the estimated distance as per his own presumption despite customer choice. also asked him to book the UHaul on company name which is Exim Hallo Glass inc, that is also not been done. Highly disappoint and don't recommned to anyone.
