The only issue was the U-Haul app and the inability to upload photos on pickup, so not a location-based piece of feedback, but a core U-Haul infrastructure one.

DENNIS SThe staff are clearly not attuned to customer service. Speaking with people via video through a TV is absolutely unprofessional! The original moving truck offered to us didn't even start and they seemed shocked to not know how any of the equipment worked. That's what you get when using an American company.
