All of your trailers absolutely need jackstands on them, I actually hurt my back pretty bad loading and unloading the trailer on and off of my truck. I am not sure who made the decision to cut cost but never in my life have I ever seen a trailer without a jackstandJustin A.

This was not the original location I had chosen. For some reason, the computer at pick up could not locate that location. This location was closed the entire weekend,. The only way to return the van was by using the U-haul app. I did not have this, I had to go back to the house and upload it with internet. I was then charged extra miles.The app was not convenient. You had to climb around in the van and take pictures. Took about 15 minutes.SHARI K.

The wiper blades on both sides were frayed and the ones on the drivers side weren't even the right ones. I don't know what kept them on. It wasn't fun driving through Des Moines and not being able to see anything out the windshield.james C.

We got there on Sat and due to Covid had to call and do by phone. After NUMEROUS tries he couldn't get my reservation completed. Took my payment information and sent me off with no paperwork, no anything and said they would email me later. I was there for about an hour while they tried to figure it out. THEN they ended up charging my double - DOUBLE - $1300 - we were traveling and that held up 1/2 of ALL our money for 5 days becuase the incorrect charges should not fall off my account and I had to go to my bank to handle. Also they over charged me and had to also give me a refund. It was utterly a total flipping nightmare. We have rented from you before and NEVER had a problem like this.michelle M.

Original txt from uHaul had me taking the truck 35 minutes from drop off site to nearly downtown Toledo. I went to the nearest facility in Bowling Green 1 miles from where I was to see if they could take the truck. They were happy to review and within 10 minutes I was checked in and my order closed out. They are a great group!John W.

It was a little odd getting help to check the trailer back in but given the current COVID concerns it was understandable. I called the number, got back in my truck and they came out promptly to unhook the trailer and I was on my way. Overall, a good experience.Keith L.
Tried to do the mobile pick up version. Your verification process was tedious and could use an update. Don't call my contacts at 8 in the morning for my truck pick up. They we sleeping which delayed my pick up. Do verification during initial set up like ID, Drivers License etc. Find a different "contacts" process. I had to call the pick up location and thank goodness the business was open as he had to override the mobile option as I had been waiting for the long tedious process to be done to get the truck.Johnie B.
Self return was inconvenient due to the fact it was not clearly stated that the app needed to be uploaded to successfully return the vehicle. $20 fee added to avoid the self return seemed a little excessive.Todd S.

Very responsible, respectful, and understanding with the current situation of the world. They made it so I did not even have to leave my vehicle. This location doesn't use the â€œlock systemâ€ with key in truck. I still had to go in and pick up the key in person. When I arrived at my house to load, the 2 wheel cart was already out of lock zip tie. I only used it because it was already loose.Jill S.
