The mobile 24/7 app is somewhat confusing to a first time user. It doesn't appear to have an easy "back" function to correct information or review the previous display. I tried to do so, and the app took me completely back to the beginning and all data that I had entered was no longer displayed. I assumed the data had been uploaded but I didn't have time to start all over again. But my big issue is about the driver verification. I can understand taking a photo of myself, and perhaps the license photo to know it's up-to-date; however, having to furnish information about other people to call and verify they know me is unnecessary and time consuming. Furthermore, I have rented U-haul vehicles and trailers on numerous occasions which would be on file at U-Haul, so the app should be able to recognize this avoid requiring needless and time consuming information. Otherwise, the truck and moving experience went very well.

CHRISTOPHER BI wish there was an "ish" on the equipment cleaned and well maintained, because overall, yes it was. However, there was a strong odor of cat urine in the cab of the truck, and the wiper blades needed to be replaced. Aside from those two items, everything was great.
Jennifer DVehicles are unorganized and difficult to find the unit that is assigned.
