I’ve rented a van from this location the last two times we moved. The first time, the van was dirty upon receiving it with cigarette ashes all throughout the cab. I thought it was a one off but the van I received was dirty this time, also. Cigarette ashes throughout, spilled coffee and drinks, dog hair everywhere. The app didn’t allow me to upload pictures showing the state of the interior when I picked it up. I cleaned up the spills, cigarette ashes and dog hair the best I could but it’s not something one should have to do when paying to use a clean vehicle. I spent time during our move to clean up other peoples messes and left it clean for the next people. I get that everyone’s definition of clean may be different, but dog hair and cigarette ashes and smell are clearly not great. I was also double charged during rental. I was charged when I extended the rental during the week and then charged again for the extended time when I dropped the van off. When calling the muffler brothers to extend the rental, the person answering the phone was obviously not pleased that I needed the van another 2 days. It’s not like I was stealing the van. I ended up paying twice for the extension. All in all, it wasn’t the best experience but there aren’t many options when needing a vehicle for moving. I’ll obviously look for other options or talk to the customer service representative about the issues before another rental.
