I had to use the app to start my rental. Allow an extra 10-15 minutes for this because you have to take pictures of the truck, scan your license and re-enter personal information. The key box was easy to operate. The 26' truck functioned well. I requested 12 moving blankets, but got 6 blankets and a 2 wheeled cart. If you are turning the truck in after hours, you have to take pictures again to validate the condition of the truck. The Muffler Brothers location is convenient for anyone in the Bowling Green, OH area.
Brian MTaking all the pictures during the return process took more time than it needed too. Good pick up experience I actually got to talk to a real person wheat very helpful.
Stan SI drove it 2 miles and the tank was over full. Got charged $10.50 for 2 gallons of gas. What a rip off and total dishonesty.
JEFFREY BVery rude and unwelcoming. Poor attitude. My pick up time should have reflected my drop off and it didn't. Way easier and better to just use the app and avoid the office interaction.
