When I arrived to pick up my trailer reservation, there was not any staff on site. I tried to call the number for the dealer multiple times, but they would not answer. I called UHAUL customer care to try to figure out what to do. They were able to contact the dealer, and the dealer informed them that they would arrive in 10-15 minutes. It took another 30 minutes until they actually arrived. By the time they arrived, I was 1:40 past my scheduled pick up time. When the dealer arrived, they were rude and did not seem interested in actually helping. While trying to check out the trailer, the dealer was more interested in helping other gas station customers instead of getting me checked out. When I asked about the furniture pads that I had booked, they told me that they didn’t have any of those. There were not any uhaul supplies offered here either.
Orion PIn my opinion. Actually nothing because every time I rent the U-Haul they’re perfect. Always like brand new.

PAULA MThey guy here just said "dump it out there somewhere".. didn't have anyway to help get it off my truck. Didn't have any wheel chocks and wasn't helpful in finding something to use. I finally found d a brick to use so it didn't roll down the little hill it was parked on..... store was dirty..
