ROBERTJ VThis is the best Uhaul location in the world and Bob could not have been a better agent. He took care of our every need (which were many) and he also has a fish and farm stand on the property and gave us some free honey and hot chowder. I would literally do anything for Bob, looked after us like we were family.

ROBERTJ VA very seamless process from start to finish. Reserved the truck online that morning, and when I went to pick up they had all of my information and the truck was ready to go. Very simple and straight forward- not the most luxurious location but it doesn't need to be. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend.
Christopher BManager was very rude, cussing at me and told me to leave the ppw and get the hell out. Building was filthy. Dog running around loose and poop on the floor. Floor falling thru and stuff pulled everywhere so you can’t even walk around.

keith bReduce rates you charge. Very expensive for the service provided by your system. This has nothing to do with your Ammagansett agent, i can not understand how you get so many customers. For most people it would be less clostfly to discard the items to be shipped; then buy replacements after arrival.
