ROBERTJ VThis is the best Uhaul location in the world and Bob could not have been a better agent. He took care of our every need (which were many) and he also has a fish and farm stand on the property and gave us some free honey and hot chowder. I would literally do anything for Bob, looked after us like we were family.

ROBERTJ VA very seamless process from start to finish. Reserved the truck online that morning, and when I went to pick up they had all of my information and the truck was ready to go. Very simple and straight forward- not the most luxurious location but it doesn't need to be. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend.
Christopher BManager was very rude, cussing at me and told me to leave the ppw and get the hell out. Building was filthy. Dog running around loose and poop on the floor. Floor falling thru and stuff pulled everywhere so you can’t even walk around.
Bradley WI was re-directed to this location after my initial "reservation" was no longer available and UHaul wanted me to travel over 35 miles each way to pickup the vehicle. Bob at Multi AquaCulture Systems got the job done- Thank you!

keith bReduce rates you charge. Very expensive for the service provided by your system. This has nothing to do with your Ammagansett agent, i can not understand how you get so many customers. For most people it would be less clostfly to discard the items to be shipped; then buy replacements after arrival.

mark wIt was a bizarre experience. Glad we came a day earlier than planned because there was no store to get boxes and straps, there was one truck and luckily it was ours, the place is dirty. I feel badly saying the latter bc our grumpy rep was definitely comical. Location was idea like five min from me. AND all of that inconvenience sent me running around to hardware stores. Also we thought gas was 3/4 tank, we filled to that on return and got charged $16. OH and i was supposed to have a $135 rate plus $36 insurance and tax, somehow this came out to $221 bc rate was listed at $165 without the insurance. Honestly i should get a $50 refund t to make this right aybe even more given the pickup experience.

Tara AI was actually scared driving in there. I could not find an office and a man came out yelling at me and waving his arms and shaking his head. He went on and on about how he makes no money from u-haul and yelled at me for driving beyond the fence (where several u-haul trucks were parked). I lost Internet too so had no idea where I was and just drove fast to get out of there. This was not my original drop off location and I had already been through hell trying to get the trailer I reserved, being sent to three different locations. I am appalled at how my u-haul experience has gone.
Lara ALocal Gentleman was a down to earth man. U-hula equipment should work better for him to do his job best. He helped after the U-haul online reservations kept pausing on me before pickup.
