There were problems: 1) The computer terminal had problems causing me to wait, 2) The trailer had brake & signal, but no running lights, - I tested the trailer connection at home. 3) The safety chains were modified incorrectly, & Uhaul did not do anything to correct the safety chain issue.

Kirk TI was deeply saddened when I received my receipt for payment of the truck rental. $119.00 per kilometer was shown on the order, but when I received my receipt I noticed I was charged $192.00 per mile, here in Canada. The issuing agent never warned me I would be charged at a US rate. Very bad business practice. Errol Rollox.

Julian PI booked the truck online and completed the check in online to save time. I then had to start the process from the beginning in person, including having the uhaul employee request my license and information, even though I had entered it all into the app in the interest of saving time. I paid $187 when the price on the app was $139 (this price included the damage protection, taxes, etc.). When I advised the employee of the price discrepancy, he argued with me, stating I had only entered 81kms into the app, not the 130kms I had intended on driving. The app was miles, therefore it was the same distance, yet he somehow charged me much more. Extremely unhappy with the overall experience.

LINDA Swhen I recieved my receipt I noticed that I that a credit card that I did not present was charged, I checked my credit card app and I had a pending charge on that same credit card, I had not presented that card but another 1. why would there been charges against 2 credit cards? especially when only 1 was presented now I have to wait for the pending charge to be removed. Hopefully I am not charged on both credit cards ir there will be hell to pay
SEAN MMy pickup was at 9am and they didn’t open the store on time so I had to rush to meet my movers. Other than that, everything was great!

Daryl Mit is a little variety and vape store that is old and dingy but staff are friendly, helpful, drop off took no time at all/ lots of vehicles of different uhaul types so good selection, large easy parking lot.

Julian PI'm curious to know why the rep at this location took pictures of my driver's license with his personal phone, it's one thing to input my information into your system, but why did he take pictures of my license?
Deonauth mHelp line did not solve my issue and I was continuously transferred in circles to other departments six times in 20 minutes.
Sidra JThen after it was returned I got a nasty phone call from "Xianshun" (?)647 -716-5638 saying he was going to charge me for a lost dolly! He was very indignant, I insisted we did not pick up a dolly and he wants someone from the pick up location to call him back and confirm there was no dolly. I called the pick up location, but of course they were closed so it went to a call centre, there better not be a charge on my credit card!!!

John MThe first time I used this location, I was not very happy; however I believe in second and third chances, and I have been pleasantly surprised. I will always use this location. The service is really great, friendly, informative and very convenient.
