Service is very slow, our truck was reserved for 9 am, but the store doesn't open until 9, then customers come in ahead of you and by the time they processd our order and we get to the truck, take pictures etc, it was past 9.30. The checking out process should be easier, even doing it online wouldn't seem to work.

RICK RThe trailer was not available. I booked it 2 months in advance and when we got the trailer it was dirty and had cut wires so the tail lights wouldn’t work had to fix it myself i little unbelievable everything should have been fixed and ready to go at pick up
HUNTER BThe steering wheel was so dirty that my hands were sticking to it. The car also smelled very bad, and there were no designated anchor points or hooks to secure the furniture and prevent it from moving around.
