Friendly customer service . I was dropping off. Gave the keys and the person at the counter said ok ty. I had to ask about my deposit and then she calls someone and had them check the truck. The person who came did not say what he was doing so I waited around for about 20 minutes for him to tell me I had to wait for the deposit to be sent back. He never explained i did not have to wait. So from reservation I did in person to drop off I spent over 2 hrs. I think I need to send uhaul a bill for my time. Not to mention the cost of 200 dollars plus gas for 4 hrs of truck use. Still waiting for deposit refund. If the person at drop off asked me to put my debit card in and did it I would have my money. It's great to have all these pick up and drop off locations but people need to be trained.

Dawnett HI've got the app, followed the steps. I added photos of my license in the app, I still had to go inside and show my license! Why? I've rented from you countless times before. Then when I drop it off, the app says I see to go into the store where I rented and talk to the guy. Guy says, all good you don't need to see me. Wasted my fucking time!! If the trailer is damaged you'll bill me right?? The app is mostly about upselling.... wasted my fucking time! Since you are the only game in town, yes I would recommend to a friend - CERTAINLY not because of a good experience
