The trailer was not available. I booked it 2 months in advance and when we got the trailer it was dirty and had cut wires so the tail lights wouldn’t work had to fix it myself i little unbelievable everything should have been fixed and ready to go at pick up
HUNTER BThe steering wheel was so dirty that my hands were sticking to it. The car also smelled very bad, and there were no designated anchor points or hooks to secure the furniture and prevent it from moving around.
Felix DFriendly customer service . I was dropping off. Gave the keys and the person at the counter said ok ty. I had to ask about my deposit and then she calls someone and had them check the truck. The person who came did not say what he was doing so I waited around for about 20 minutes for him to tell me I had to wait for the deposit to be sent back. He never explained i did not have to wait. So from reservation I did in person to drop off I spent over 2 hrs. I think I need to send uhaul a bill for my time. Not to mention the cost of 200 dollars plus gas for 4 hrs of truck use. Still waiting for deposit refund. If the person at drop off asked me to put my debit card in and did it I would have my money. It's great to have all these pick up and drop off locations but people need to be trained.
