SHAHIN MWe live in the neighbourhood from 20 years, never had a store owner/staff like them at this store. Uhaul van was easy to drive and dropped off at 10pm even after the store was closed which was amazing.
DOUGLAS NGreat selection of snacks at store and uhaul parking was a bit tight but overall decent experience.
Gavin JOverall the location was great and the manager/owner did his best to assist me even when I had difficulty with uhauls photo uploads. However, Uhaul itself was not satisfactory as I wasn't informed of the location change which ultimately made my cost higher due it was further than what I originally ordered my truck. No compensation nor reschedule solution, just "I can't do anything." from the support & scheduling team. I won't be using Uhaul again and would tell others of my experience and avoid uhaul.
CHIA CThis is my 3rd time renting from Munchies, always accommodating. Yes they care about return times and fuel levels unlike some other locations, but if you are honest shouldn’t have to worry.
CHRISTOPHER AThe lady who dealt with us during the return is rude, she told us to park in the street when we returned and parked the van at the back where we originally got it, that resulted to us returning the van beyond our reservation time. We were supposed to return the van at 5 pm, we arrived there 5:10 pm then she asked us to park somewhere else so she recorded a time of 5:30 resulting to us getting charged for another day. This is just unfair and inconsiderate, knowing that we even filled up the gas more than how we should have filled it up.

KWAI LI had previously asked "live Chat" of U-Haul, and they said that I wouldn’t need to refuel when returning the car. However, when I picked up the car, they asked me to return it with the fuel tank mor than half full. I ended up paying an extra $32 for fuel.
TSUI CThe location from where I rented the truck was awesome. They are on point with customer service. Will use them for future rentals. They made the rental process smooth and easy.

Cheng hThe location and the folks working there are great. My big complaint is the UHaul App which I used for self-service return. The process for taking pictures is really frustrating. After I take the picture and click the check mark, it stays on the picture mode. I had to press my phone's "back" button several times to make it go back to the app so I could continue. After struggling to upload 6 pictures of the truck, i went back to the app and pictures were gone? I had to load them all again. What should be a 5-6 minute process took over 20 minutes! Brutal experience. Please fix!
SHEUAN CThe owner does not care about offering service nor do they care about customer service. I called and said we will be a little late in returning the truck, they said they will have to charge $50 for late return as they have another customer waiting. I called customer service the next day to verify and there was no other booking at this location. In other words, it was a made up charge at 2.5 times more, Furthermore when I returned the truck, I parked it in front of the store as instructed earlier. He came out, I saw him drive the truck out back and that was it. On my receipt, he charged me $50 for cleaning instead of the late fee which shows it was a bogus charge to begin with. This guys are crooks!

Feng GI had to stop in middle of my move and come back to move my car because the building manager wanted to tow my car eventhough there was no signage anywhere to show no parking or restrictions. No parking signage should be clearly posted otherwise it's uninforceable. It was a waste of 1 hour trip, gas, and km on my part. Not renting from this location again. Dissatisfied.

Trixia GVery disappointed with having to go with the 24/7 program as I specifically wanted to avoid having to check in online. I reserved at a location that was open at 7am so I could book-in with a person. I was notified by uhaul a day before pick up that the truck we reserved was not available at our preferred location and we would have to check in online because the new location, which was an hour out our way, didn't open until 9am. I also wasn't made aware that i would need my rental agreement and my passport in order to pick up the keys. Thank goodness uhaul doesn’t actually verify the documents because i had no other choice and uploaded blank pictures in order to get to the next step of the online check in. This was majorly disappointing and stressful on moving day when under serious time constraints with ferry reservations etc. Uhaul should really look into this process and make sure when a reservation is made for a specific location, that the vehicle will be there for them

I'm not sure how to improve on this, other than to say keep up the good work. I have rented from this location a handful of times in the last few years and have always had the same positive experience.

MAHESH KI tried booking U-Haul from multiple locations but could not find it due to high demand but U-Haul representative at Munchies helped me to get the truck even during heavy demand. Even their service was amazing.
Arman MPickup was fine but returning was not smooth. Highly upset the way we were treated by the only Indian guy working there. He made us wait for good 20mins & it’s just the way he was treating us . Was completely polite when dealing with white customers. Horrible customer service.

JACK WI had very bad experience with Uhaul and i will not recommend any of my freind for this location for the bad service and rude employee.he didn't explain for me that i should pay money on every km i drive he just said i need to pay for 3 hours 50$ + the gas and when i went to give back the van he let me pay 126$ for 2 hours .

Arash GExtremely slow to process me. At the end I returned it with the same amount of gas on the print out sheet. I told him but he did not want to inspect, then proceeded to charge me for fuel for Kms driven and a cleaning fee. Scammers. Do not go here.
