The pickup location was changed the day prior. I had called the area director to specifically ask for a new pickup location, but he assured me he would be there personally to hook up my trailer. The next morning, he was not there. The gas station worker didn't know how to check me out, so I had to wait 40 minutes to find that out before calling the area director. He gave me instructions via the phone on how to hook up the trailer. I tried to hitch up the trailer myself per instruction on the phone with the area director but it damaged my bumper. I asked for help to pay for damages and help was promised but no help has been offered forward. Uhaul app would not let me load photos of the dirty trailer before leaving the parking lot. This experience was extremely stressful. I would not recommend this particular location again. Just listen to the customer next time please!!! I was so patient, I have valid concerns, and this is terrible business practice. Sketchy gas station, sketchy spot for a dirty U-haul trailer, sketchy customer service from U-Haul's area director.

I was told to leave my keys in the drop box, there was no drop box. I uploaded pictures seven times and the app kept giving me a round about and wouldn't let me leave the truck. I was on hold for 20 minutes and never got to speak to anyone. I used the chat and it wouldn't let me send any response messages
