SHANE KMurdick Auto Parts did absolutely ZERO in detailing the instructions for using the rental and the steps for returning the truck. Felt that I was scammed with the cost after I returned the truck. An additional $70 after we returned the truck is ridiculous. If this is the way that business is done at this location, I will not recommend to anyone.

MELLISA PThis was the worst experience I have ever had! Your app is definitely not user friendly at all! I rented a van for 6 hours and I wasted 1hr between picking up and returning that I paid for! Worst yet is that I was overcharged and doubled charged and had to spend another hour with two different CSR’s and my account was still not reimbursed correctly! Terrible experience!!
Helen JLocation was not bad however the renting process was terrible. Never again. Was a headache from the beginning. You can not do nothing until you get to the location, which was pouring down rain stuck outside asking me questions that I already answered previous to arrival. Then after re filling out everything they needed to approve my rental and call a friend ? While I’m standing in the rain ! Then on top of that needed an extra 100$ that they said nothing about so after all of that I had to go put more money in my account and come back to do it again. Then when dropping off the drop off page wouldn’t load. Never again!!!
Marki STruck was parked in a spot that was tight & tough to get out of. Perhaps truck could have been parked in a spot making it easier for the customer to leave from.
David FI just received an additional cost from my rental with NO explanation for the charge. Rental by app sucked, return sucked with all the BS and now I want to know why it cost over $126 to rent a truck for 3.5 hours. WTF was the additional charge for? This was supposedly to be an easy way to do this yet it took longer and cost more.
Patrick MThe trailer that I originally wanted hadn't been returned yet and Mr Murdick offered to come back in the evening once it was returned so that I could get it. I ended up taking a different one, but really appreciated his offer.

clifford mMurdick's has been around a long time. I've dealt with them numerous times and keep going back. The moving company I contracted through the UHaul website however, is another matter. Move My Stuff, LLC NEVER showed up. Never called, nothing. I tried to contact them and the number I had for them is no longer in service.
Robert MUsed my phone to return the 26' truck. Never interacted with anyone but the return lot was small and difficult to maneuver this size truck to park it and walk around to get good photos. Very tight parking but very convenient location for me for my drop off.

Eleni HThe past few times we have rented we never get the proper codes to get keys! We spent OVER an hour on the phone and had to call twice before we were able to leave. This seems to be a common practice and really a deterrent from renting again.
ROBERT TI don't think it was the gentleman's fault but my experience was not good. I was suppose to get the van at 10:00, I did not walk out of there until 11:00. It was very inconvenient for everyone involved. Internet issues and whatnot.
jeffrey cWe planned with Murdick’s to pick up the Uhaul at 10am when the store opened on a Saturday. The owner of the store was in Florida and he said other relatives would be operating the store while he was away. No one was there to open the store. We had to personally call the owner in Florida a few times to try to check in. The people who were operating the store while the owner was away finally came around 10:35am. The Uhaul website was not working for the owner who was trying to check us in remotely. We tried to return the Uhaul during store business hours, but the people who were supposed to be operating the store were not there again. We tried returning the Uhaul through the Uhaul website which seemed like it was supposed to be very simple, but the website wasn’t working. We had a very frustrating experience overall but thankfully the owner did help us over the phone from Florida.

ronald wHave received excellent service at this location. This was the 3rd rental in the past 2 months. There were no trucks available and one showed up at the last minute that we were able to secure. It worked perfectly.
Brian PIt’s not the location so much as the U-Haul reservation system. I reserved a pickup at one location. When I showed up I found out the reservation had changed to this location and to a larger vehicle. I also had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for other customers to be taken care of. Also after I got the final bill I found out I had been charged for Safe Move even though I did not select that service. I then had to spend time waiting for a chat agent to get the fee refunded. Not certain I’ll rent from you again.
Greg COwners arrived 15 minutes late to open store. I had a a 10:00 AM rental and didn’t get on the road until 10:30, I even preregister. This cost me about a hour of waiting time at a store. No apology to myself or two other customers waiting.

kim sThis location never has anyone there to do the actual uhaul stuff. They did have the only uhaul available in the entire county but they were closed when we picked it up and had to use the AWFUL uhaul app to check in. The trick sounded like it was going to blow the transmission the entire time and had almost 100k miles on it. When I contacted uhaul customer support, they wanted me to file a claim and wait for someone to come and deem out "save." I only had it for 6 hours, and it took almost 45 minutes to check out in. I opted out of roadside assistance, used it to move, and then when I tried to return it, the place was closed so I had to use the uhaul app again to return it. In the pouring rain and unlit parking lot, the app wouldn't let me do the check in process even though I tried on two different phones. It took 45 minutes of trying to return until I dropped the keys in the drop box, called the customer service line and was told there was a 63 minute wait. At 9pm on a Sunday. They called me back an hour later and then promptly hung up on me 25 seconds into the call. No contact again from them. Then received a bill in an email at like 11am this morning. What an absolute nightmare. The uhaul app is completely unusable. Overhaul it or get more people to answer the phone. Never again.
Natalie MHelpful with getting charge for insurance I did not want remove when my reservation location was changed. I did not appreciate the reservation changed to a location 25 miles further away than my original reservation.
