The office inside the shipping facility was closed during business hours. The person in charge of the shipping business had no idea how the U-Haul office operated. I had to make the reservation online even though I had already traveled to the U-Haul office location. I feel that I was not provided with the necessary information, and the delivery date was entered incorrectly. The costs and locations offered by your company are also significantly overpriced.
