Truck was filthy inside and out covered with mud outside and mud all over the drivers mat and center councils where cup holders were Dirt all over the floor in the rear hauling area we had to sweep that out before we loaded the truckJOHN S.

The office is very dirty with some health Hazzard concerns. Appears that the staff person lives in the office, the lot/yard has no signs for parking and no space to manuver thru. The truck has torn seats with the seatbelts in driver's side and passenger side not working. The truck was given to me with no gas in the tank, was told it was stolen but recovered and was under police investigation. The office manager told me to fill truck with only $30 of gas for me to travel a total of 105 miles. I put $100 of gas into truck to bring level to 1/2 tank. Upon driving the truck started to make noise from underneath and was also sliding on road. Upon further inspection found rear tires to have very little tread, headlights were very dim, can of truck smelled like stale cigarettes and old beer with body odor. Upon returning to store, multiple vehicles outside in lot with apparent narcotics deals taking place. I would not recommend this location to anyone...Shawn W.

Tell them when they pick it up like I did at 1 p.m. That you only would have it 4 hours. That's ridiculous. Also paid 100 for deposit and also put 25 dollars in the gas tank. It was more gas then I started with and I didn't even go 35 to 40 miles on it that was kind of a rip offLyndi C.

Rental rules state trucks should be returned clean, having been swept out. My truck storage compartment had not, was very dirty and sticky. Had to sweep and put down cardboard to keep belongings from sticking to sticky floor..Scott L.

To whom it may concern, I would like to notify you of my rental experience. Just to start after making my reservation I called U-Haul customer service many of times to make sure and verify that I would have a U-Haul ready and available for my use on Friday as this was a very unfortunate move that had to be completed this weekend. On my last verification Friday morning I was told to notify and call the U-Haul dealership I would be picking up from to confirm I called and could never get them to answer. So moving on I arrived at my location to pick up the U-Haul at 8 PM as I was scheduled to pick up at nine with 24 seven access. Upon my arrival I log into the website following the directions from the email I received. I click on my pick up and it tells me that I am not scheduled to pick up after hours and I have to wait until 7 AM the next morning. With that we're not off to a good start. I called customer service as there is one 26' u-Haul on the lot. At this time I'm assuming that it is mine to rent. I get passed around from one person to the next and ended up being on hold for an hour and 25 minutes. Luckily by now and employee of the rental facility has arrived it is now 930. He goes on to tell me that he has no rental reservation for a 26 footer. As the only one he has is out of service. Due to a large oil spill in the back. Luckily by now someone from customer service has answered I am speaking with them along with the representative from the dealership in Stephenville Ohio. They get something worked out and he goes to work on the U-Haul cleaning it out now it is 1030. Now or later we go in the office to sign the lease agreement and I'm thinking I am ready to go he hands me the keys and tells me to just leave all 20 of the moving blankets that he had spread out on the floor there As he covered up the oil spill. Well I am in such need of a U-Haul I take the keys sign agreement and drive away. It is now 11 pm 3 hours after our arrival. The next morning as we start to load we all come to realize that this floor is like walking on ice. We had to remove the blankets and try drying the floor out with kitty litter because it would be impossible to walk on. That took us nearly 3 hours to do it and it still did not remove the oil. So we replaced the moving blankets back down and started to load. There was three falls and a ruined couch from the moving blankets moving and oil getting on the couch. To say I am a very dissatisfied customer would be an understatement I have used a U-Haul in the past and know their standards and this is not nowhere close. I would like this to be made right somehow and I'm not even sure what that is. I would also like a telephone call from a representative if possible. Thank you Justin TurnerJustin T.

If you wish to use this location I advise you to rent using the online system. There's almost never anybody in the office unless they're Signing out a vehicle or your returning vehicle. Getting ahold of them on the phone is almost impossible. But I will admit when you're picking up you're rental that the guy is a nice guy And he's likable likable.GUY V.

The 'office' looked like a disgusting apartment. The truck was dirty inside and out. Cigarette ashes on steering wheel and dash. 2 half empty Gatorade bottles under seat. We were the only ones there and it took 20 minutes to get the truck. We were supposed to pick it up in Calcutta where we live.BILL H.

The truck smelled of horrible odors and we had to sweep out the back. They charged my credit card 4 times for a 1 time rental. I have tried their office and Uhaul directly and no one has taken care of it. I will never recommend this location or Uhaul again.Rick M.

I recommend it because it is close and convenient and is usually clean and reliable. This time they closed early and I needed to use the app on my phone to get the truck and it didn't work so I called and the person was very helpful but had to do everything manually for me since the app wouldn't allow me to upload a picture of the back of my drivers license.MARK E.
