They wouldn’t take my debit, and when I went to get cash the atm was out of bills. Not to mention I was given the in correct change when getting part of the deposit back. It was only $10 so I didn’t bother to go back. It was slow, and painful dealing with the cashier. I won’t be returning to this location.
Jada BI waited for more than 1 hour to pick the truck. The gas mentioned in the paper agreement which i got after 4:30 was less , i do have pictures with me and i have to pay gas for keeping it to mentioned agreement paper.
Kiran NThe owner of this outlet has no clue what she is doing. I paid for my booking online. All I had to do was arrive and get the key. Instead, I was asked for my license and another credit card. The paperwork was printed and the owner had no idea what she was reading. She claimed I was declined, but would not tell me what was wrong. She FaceTimed someone with no progress. After an hour of waiting I called the U-Haul customer service line to see what could be done to progress this issue. They said the truck had been dispatched. They had to speak to this owner to ask why I wasn't given the key. Customer Service had to tell the owner how to do their job. The truck was dirty, it had multiple pairs of work gloves left in it and the parking light would not go off. Thankfully I only had to drive 12kms. I wasted 90 minutes of my life that I will not get back all because of an incompetent owner.

HELEN KFinally decided to give U-Haul a try again after swearing off using them due to extremely poor service years ago. Found out still the same - will NEVER use again and already telling everyone I know not to either. Pick-up was ridiculous - arrived 30 mins after booked pick-up time to find my reservation cancelled because I wasn’t there at 9am on the nose. Truck gone - argued for the other one I saw outside - waited and waited for service person to figure out how to solve cuz I need this truck - finally after serving every other customer that came into her store while she occasionally came back to my situation, she did some rebooking thing and gave me the truck still in the lot. The other guy who had booked that truck showed up while I was getting in it - I left before an argument ensued there, the man seemed pretty upset.
JOSEPH CPickup was 4 pm and we didn’t get out of there until 4:45. The poor gentleman in front of us was treated horribly by the staff. All he wanted to do was pay for his truck with debit instead of the card in file and they made it near impossible. He had movers ready and was extremely late due to their lack of knowledge on how to process his request. He like myself booked ahead. When they finally got it figured out there was no apology for my time and I had to interrupt them as they were still talking about his process. I said I had been waiting almost 40 min by this point and I was late as well. I had a team in my store waiting to load the truck. They wanted me to take pictures of my licences through the app repeatedly and say it wasn’t working. I told them to just take a photocopy if it wasn’t working on their end as it said it was processed on mine. These people have no idea what they are doing and absolutely no customer service skills. I picked this location as it’s right beside the mall and very convenient. We will not use this location again when we book next week.
Skylar LThis location is awful. Had the truck for 3 hours and lady printed my receipt after the 3 hours and I got charged $20.00 late fee and charged an extra day for insurance of $16.00.

BRENDA GWe dropped off our U-Haul truck at this location, and the process was incredibly fast. The person who assisted us was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth. It only took about 5 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommend this drop-off location!

RICARDO IThe quote was around $169, but came to $460. The truck was dirty, smelled like pee, and the back of the truck smelled like a kitchen (someone used it to move food for catering). At this cost I'll pay a friend to use their truck from now on.

Mohammed Ki had to do every thing i did online again which cost me a half hour of the rental period and why do they need two other phone numbers? the truck was not swept out and the mat bag was opened , which we could have been charged for and we did not require.......overalll a very bad experience.
John WPoor customer service, staff made me go out and take pictures of truck odometer and gas level. Lady looked liked she didnt know what she was doing, whole process took longer then it should. They should stick to selling potato chips.

Bill LWhen I took the truck to my location, I was surprised that there were car parts, a car door, a car bumper, and a lot of junk. When I returned to the place from which I took the truck, he told me how could I be sure that this junk was not mine, and he wasted my time for more than half an hour.

walter rI ordered a furniture dolly/cart and a regular appliance dolly but received 2 appliance dollies. This slowed down the move. It took 45 mins to get the truck since there was only one person in the store.
Jane CThe front desk was very unknowledgeable and not able to answer any of my questions. I didn't want to get the safe move, as I was only driving within town, and they made me feel as say no wasn't an option. I was asked how many KM I was going to be driving, and when I said 30 I was told that wasn't an option. I had to repeat the driver license photo/scanning process 4 times, the whole process, check in and out took much longer than necessary. I would not recommend this location or ever rent a uhaul from here again.

Kevin LI had to go behind the counter to help her check out the truck. It took 45 minutes to check out so I didn’t receive the truck until 45 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up but still had to return it on time. It didn’t have the amount of gas it said it did and after I had parked it, they made me move it to closer to them which caused the distance to go up so I had yo pay more and then they also couldn’t figure out the check out so I just had to leave the truck and wait for an email that said what I ended up being charged. Overall a really really bad experience. They were very nice and not mean or rude they just have zero idea how to actually rent out the truck and how to check it back in.

Mohammed KOnly giving them average as I had originally rented online from another place only to have been met with no vehicle available due to another customer not returning and also the other vehicle there the batter was dead. So my 5pm pickup turned to almost 730 pm at a different location where it took almost and hour to rent.
Emely CThe truck I rented was all covered in ice, it was dangerous to drive it and be beside it. The ice from the roof fell on my husband and cut his finger open! Take care of your fleet and clean it from the ice. Also, nobody put any salt or sand around the truck in the morning, so it was very difficult to get into the truck. Think, and clean the area around the truck! Lastly, I was added $15 for the insurance that I never agreed to as I have a separate insurance I am paying for that covers rented trucks like U-Haul. The girl at the shop said "this charge is automatic", but I didnt see anything remotely close to being "automatic" when I was securing the truck online and talking to an agent over the phone to confirm the cost of my trip. Scam! Overall, the girl at the shop was very pleasant and nice, thats the only reason I would recommend this location.
