Was easy simple experience
Mohammed K.Only giving them average as I had originally rented online from another place only to have been met with no vehicle available due to another customer not returning and also the other vehicle there the batter was dead. So my 5pm pickup turned to almost 730 pm at a different location where it took almost and hour to rent.
Emely C.The truck I rented was all covered in ice, it was dangerous to drive it and be beside it. The ice from the roof fell on my husband and cut his finger open! Take care of your fleet and clean it from the ice. Also, nobody put any salt or sand around the truck in the morning, so it was very difficult to get into the truck. Think, and clean the area around the truck! Lastly, I was added $15 for the insurance that I never agreed to as I have a separate insurance I am paying for that covers rented trucks like U-Haul. The girl at the shop said "this charge is automatic", but I didnt see anything remotely close to being "automatic" when I was securing the truck online and talking to an agent over the phone to confirm the cost of my trip. Scam! Overall, the girl at the shop was very pleasant and nice, thats the only reason I would recommend this location.
