The vehicle appeared to be fine, aside from a dent in the front fender we saw as we picked up the moving van.The Pickup location was so friendly, highly recommended this location for service and convenient location. Plenty of supplies on hand. Vehicle was well running, and clean.

Call 1-800 U-Haul set me up with a motorcycle trailer. Was not a motorcycle trailer just a regular trailer with a ramp and no front wheel cock.

The truck and trailer I rented were not attached when I arrived. The employee also did not have the truck waiting in a good location. I had to back out the truck in a very tight parking lot.

I waited 15 minutes before anyone talked to me.
One headlight was out and there were warnings lit about tire pressure the whole time I was driving.
I wouldn’t go to this place again and there are other locations that are much better.

The retail of the truck was great. But, the front in alignment on the truck was very bad. There was a bad odor in the cab. Like people smoked or something. We returned it with all the blankets & dolly. Thank you!
